At the same time it provides an ideal base to explore Andalusia with Cordoba, Seville and Granada all within 90 minutes drive. Set in 12 acres of almond orchard, it has a southerly aspect and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The accommodation is spacious with many original features and comfortably sleeps 8. Supermarkets, restaurants and a clinic can be found in the local town of Colmenar, 4km away. The area around the house is gravelled offering ample parking. There is a built-in barbecue on the central patio. The orchard, fields and stream adjacent to the property offer pleasant and safe surroundings to explore.
