Set among cork groves and beautiful laid out gardens this is the perfect destination for those looking to relax while looking at the breathtaking views across the mountains and the sea. The complex boasts a club house with a restaurant, bar, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, tennis courts and a short 9 hole par 3 golf course. This very well equipped apartment has been finished to a very high specification and furnished in a contemporary and high quality style. Elviria is a small community fast developing as one of the most prestigious addresses in the Marbella area and only 25 mins from the airport! The local beach is golden sanded and clean with several restaurants and facilities; child friendly; never over-crowded and parking is easy. Marbella is only 10 kilometres away, while Puerto Banus with its ultra chic designer shops, boutiques and nightlife is just along the coast. There is a well renowned tennis school within a few minutes walk of El Soto where you can take professional lessons. Reservations can only be secured with a non refundable deposit of 25%. The rental balance is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the booking. Cancellation fee is 50% up to 3 weeks and 100% up to 24 hours prior to arrival

Living Area: The living room is spacious and light and furnished in a high quality contemporary style. It comprises of an indoor eating area with expanding glass table and leather chairs. The seating area has a huge suede corner sofa with widescreen TV, stereo, DVD and UK satellite channels. This area opens out onto the large terrace with wooden table and chairs for 6 and 2 sun loungers. Steps from the terrace lead down to the apartment's garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the utensils and crockery needed for the most adventurous chef! The adjacent laundry area has a fully automatic washing machine and drying area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Both bedrooms have large fully fitted wardrobes with drawers. Duvets have been provided for that extra bit of luxury away from home. The bathrooms are marble tiled throughout with bath, shower and vanity unit. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a separate power shower.
