Living Area: The living room is spacious and light and furnished in a high quality contemporary style. It comprises of an indoor eating area with expanding glass table and leather chairs. The seating area has a huge suede corner sofa with widescreen TV, stereo, DVD and UK satellite channels. This area opens out onto the large terrace with wooden table and chairs for 6 and 2 sun loungers. Steps from the terrace lead down to the apartment's garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all the utensils and crockery needed for the most adventurous chef! The adjacent laundry area has a fully automatic washing machine and drying area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Both bedrooms have large fully fitted wardrobes with drawers. Duvets have been provided for that extra bit of luxury away from home. The master bedroom also has a built-in safe. The bathrooms are marble tiled throughout with bath, shower and vanity unit. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a separate power shower.
Other : The property benefits from video entry system, underground parking and alarm system. The apartment is strictly non smoking.
