Location...location...LOCATION and LUXURY...this has it all. The apartment is located in an exclusive beach side LOW-DENSITY complex at Elviria on the Perla Blanca Beach, the claimed best beach in the Costa del Sol, where it is possible to walk to numerous beach restaurants, and also to Marbella itself. There is a full size swimming pool and two tennis courts, 24 hr patrolled- security, underground secure parking and lift accessed apartments and a gated access to the beach over a sand dune.Approx 10 mins walking from the apartment, there arethree small commercial areas, with cafes, 24 hrsupermarkest, newsagents, money change, hairdressers and little further golf courses await your best intentions!! This apartment is a preferred Saturday to Saturday change over but we are flexible, please speak to us should you require anything different. Our ideal is to arrive not before 1pm and depart before 11am, but we are totally flexible and will meet and help on late flights where we can.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Weekly rates are based on Saturday-to-Saturday sharing *** BOOK TWO WEEKS AND RECEIVE DISCOUNT OFF THE SECOND WEEK PRICE on sat to sat bookings. OTHER CHANGEOVER DAYS NEGOTIABLE UPON REQUEST. Rates include full preparation of the apartment and a full check out clean service. Additional cleaning may be ordered in advance should you require this for your second week. Please note that this apartment is available for long term rental over the winter. Christmas, New Year, Easter and half term holidays please contact me for availability and rates.
    Extra will be charged for electricity during the winter period. Discounts are available if only two people are going. Remember we are totally flexible on booking dates and the above is only a guide.
  • We ask for £150 deposit to secure a booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before departure. This holding deposit of £150 is required in the form of a separate cheque upon booking. This will be returned once the apartment has been checked at the end of your stay and the keys are returned to us. Keys and directions will be sent the week of your departure. Our apartment is maintained by a local company and they can be contacted with regards to any problems. We can not be held responsible for the non operation of any of the community services at any time.

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION...

We have used this apartment for family beach summer holidays and winter skiing holidays in Sierra Nevada (2 hrs drive away). The beach side apartment is situated with the cerrado de elviria complex as is a very low density site. By the end of your stay you will know most people and will probably had a few international fun football competitions with them all by the pool. The famous 'nikki' beach marbella is 10 mins walk down the beach and often some very rich and famous frequent this area.The apartment is safe, secure and quiet, and with a few mins walk you have all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday: beaches,restaurants, chniese, indian, argentinian , thai to namew a few, shops, bank chemist, hairdresser, and a great bus service to marbella 5 mins walk from the apartment. ROOM OCCUPANCY AND PARKING.

The apartment is 115sq m with a balcony on the first floor. We get the hot sun after about 12pm, so slow al fresco breakfasts are great at any time of the year. In the evening, from the balcony the large sunsets over marbella can be seen. There is locked secure parking under the complex and a parking spot is reserved for 711 during your stay from which the whole area is accessed by lift. There is a entry phone in the apartment from where either the block gates or the entrance gates can be accessed and unlocked.

GOLFERS AND SKIING

The ski resort of sierra nevada is 2 hrs drive away , and is like finding another world in the mountains. We have skiied there succesfully, left the slopes at 5pm, and had an indian dinner at 7pm in salapets!! This area is world renouned for golf, and any searches on the internet will bring up the various courses. There are over 30 courses within 45 mins drive. Gibraltar is 2 hrs drive away, and trips to Morocco are also close by. All in all ...a great place for a great holiday..... we have had repeat business some great references....
