This outstanding first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the prestigious complex of Hacienda Playa, located in Elviria, just ten minutes from the centre of Marbella. The development is only a few hundred yards from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, you will find restaurants, bars & supermarkets within walking distance. The 5 star Don Carlos hotel and spa is just a few minutes away and the world famous Nikki Beach is only a short walk away. Hacienda Playa is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens with large communal swimming pools, this very well- equipped apartment has been finished to the very highest specifications with hot and cold air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dihwasher and hob, marble floors throughout,bathrooms with shower and bath underground parking and UK satellite TV. There is a large terrace for al fresco dining and sunbeds.

Cora O' Toole- Ireland: We had a really wonderful holiday and look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity. You asked about the suitability of the apartment for Noel being a paraplegic, and he said it was the best holiday he ever had and that the apartment is the most convenient. He was able to just go out the gate and down to the beach without any difficulty . The apartment is very large with all the doors being more than wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The sea views were a great bonus for us as we both love the sea. The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer, and we certainly hope to next time. We also love the area and find that with a car most places are accessible, we love the beach restaurants and find most are suitable and have great fish and seafood with wonderful friendly service. It can be difficult to organise an enjoyable holiday when you have special needs and we both thank you most sincerely.

We rented 2 apartments in Hacienda Playa this summer which is an excellent development, both in terms of quality and location. All arrangements were made for key collection and cleaning during our stay.

The apartments themselves were first class. My family were in a 3 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment and it was absolutely fantastic.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hacienda Playa.
