This lovely ground floor apartment is situated in an exclusive, small gated complex, located in the beautiful coastal area of Elviria adorned by pine trees. It is close to supermarkets as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants and also the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. For some retail therapy, a visit to the designer shops that abound Marbella and Puerto Banus is just a ten minute drive away. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes sky TV and Hi-Fi system, also a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, micro wave and washing machine, it also has a safe for any personal items. After parking your car in the underground garage there is a lift for your convenience to take you to apartment entrance.

The apartment is located in the coastal village of Elviria, 6 miles from the centre of Marbella and 25miles from Malaga airport. It is just 100yards from the N340 motorway that runs along the Costa del Sol. The landmark 5-star Hotel Don Carlos is across the road from the apartment complex. The blue flag beach at Elviria is a mere 10-minute walk from the apartment. It is known as Golden Beach because of its fine golden sand, and it is regarded as one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. You can walk along the beach all the way to Marbella (west) or to the beautiful marina of Cabopino (east). The Costa del Sol is renowned for its wide selection of golf courses. Santa Maria is a 3 minute walk away and courses such as Mijas, Santana, La Cala, Rio Real, and Santa Clara are within a few minutes drive. The world-famous courses of Sotogrande and Valderrama are 30 and 45 minutes drive away respectively.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace, which is on the same level as the lawned area, making it wheelchair accessible throughout. The owner has furnished the apartment to a high standard so It is non smoking - but there is no problem doing it on the terrace. There are fresh towels and linen provided weekly. Directions from Malaga Airport. Approximately 45km. Take the N340/A7 signposted towards Torremolinos/Cadiz. Proceed along the A7 towards Cadiz/Algeciras for 1km. Stay in the right hand lane and exit for Benalmadena/Cadiz. Continue on the A7 for about 20km until you see the road split as you near Fuengirola, keep on right side and stay on the A7. DO NOT GO ON THE AP7 as this is the toll road. Continue on past Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Riviera and Cabapino until you see the Don Carlos hotel appear on your left hand side. Take the exit when you see the sign for Elviria on the right. At the roundabout you will find apartment complex on right

It is a very well laid out appartment with easy access from basement garage or from street.It is within approx 10 minutes walk to famous Nissi beach which has plenty of restaurants and beach activities.It is a similar distance from Santa Maria Golf Club with numerous other golf clubs close by.As public transport isvery poor a person is probably better to get taxi from Malaga airport or rent a car.Once you are in the appartment which is very well equipped you should be able to walk everywhere as there are a large variety of international restaurants,pubs,supermarkets within minutes of appartment. So a person has the options of having a self catering holiday or getting out and about in the immediate area.We enjoyed the restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as visits to the beautiful beach.We would definitely consider returning to this appartment in the future.

Home from home, lovely apartment, very close to supermarkets, cafes etc without being in the middle of hustle and bustle. Walking distance to beach would recommend
