Designed by one of Spain's leading architects, our luxury air-conditioned two bedroom apartment has been fitted out and furnished to a very high standard. There are several communal pools within the gated and landscaped grounds and are suitable for all ages. It is especially safe for families with young children. Underground car-parking with lift access to the first floor make it easily accessible and a large private terrace with south facing views over the gardens and out towards the sea add to the appeal. Our apartment is located just a short drive from Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, Elviria & Cabopino beaches. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes, including the famous 5 star Hotel Don Carlos, with its beach, tennis courts and the Nikki Beach Club open to non-residents. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

Santa Maria Village is set in a quiet valley towards the back of Santa Maria Golf & Country Club in Elviria. It is approached directly from the main A7 coastal road (40min drive from Malaga Airport), via a tree lined avenue. Elviria is reputably one of the more exclusive family holiday destinations in Spain - set apart from the crowds yet within easy reach of the world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella centres. The location of our apartment provides a superb base from which to explore places such as Gibralter, Ronda, Granada, Mijas, etc. There are also numerous beaches along this stretch of the coast where you will find watersports, bars, restaurants and other leisure activities. Santa Maria Golf course is one of the finest with a golf academy and driving range at Greenlife Golf. Rio Real and Santa Clara golf courses are just a few minutes drive. There are plenty of local shops for the essentials and a wide range of local restaurants that cater for all tastes.

  • All payments to be made in GBP Sterling by cheque or Euro Currency into our Spanish Bank Account at the rate applicable at the time of reservation. Our rates are based on a minimum rental period of one week but we would be happy to accommodate shorter or longer breaks to suit. A 30% deposit with booking will be required and the balance paid in full 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date. Payment in full will be required for late bookings. There is also a refundable damage deposit of £150 due with booking and a basic laundry/cleaning charge will be made of £35 per week.
  • In general, arrivals at our apartment will be after 14.00hrs and departure by 11.00hrs on your day of departure, but we will be as flexible as possible. There is a taxi service available between Malaga Airport and the apartment, or we can arrange for private airport pick up. Further details on car-hire can be provided upon request.
  • We can provide more comprehensive details and costs relating to additional maid services, hire of children's items such car seat, high chair, cot, baby sitting services, etc. via our property care agent in Spain.

Notes: The apartment is newly furnished and is of a very high quality. There is a two seat sofa and a three seat sofa - both upholstered in leather (these are not sofa beds). The interior is modern, light, very comfortable and homely. All bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels). The breakfast bar has two stools and there is an oak dining table and chairs. Cooling and heating is provided via the air-conditioning system. The terrace is very large and is 'covered'. There is a table with four chairs a sun lounger and two cane armchairs with low table. As the apartment is south facing, there is good light all day but protection from the sun if it gets too hot! All the apartments have secure underground garage parking.

Out & About: There are many places to visit locally and further afield - just get the map out and see how close these places are; Marbella old town with its cobbled streets and squares where you can sit under the orange trees with a drink and watch the world go by! Puerto Banus where the rich moor their yachts, fast cars tour the marina and people pack the restaurants. There is also a very good street market on a Saturday. Cabopino port with its bars and restaurants. Ronda - a medieval town built across a gorge with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and the oldest bullring in Spain. Gibraltar - visit the Rock (by cable car or mini-bus), see the Apes, Caves and Royal Gardens.

Eating Out: Although you can cook and dine at the apartment, there are plenty of local restaurants in Elviria. Why not visit Chez Michel who serve international cuisine, have a curry at Saffron or take away a simple pizza from Jimmy's - all of these are very close to the apartment. Try Mijas for a meal in the hills with fantastic views from La Alcazaba or call into Alberts in Cabopino Port who are open all day - every day of the year. How about Puerto Banus where you will find Picasso's Italian restaurant together with a comprehensive selection of other fine restaurants. All tastes are catered for!

Golf Information: Our apartment is located very close to Santa Maria Golf & Country Club - one of the oldest and most mature courses in the area. As a holiday maker using the apartment you may use the facilities offered by the club and benefit from discounted green fees. For the non-golfer, they also have tennis courts, a swimming pool, bowling green, bar and restaurant. There is also Greenlife Golf which is within walking distance (you will see it when you approach the apartment). Greenlife has a par 3 nine hole course, driving range, pro-shop, fitness centre, sauna, heated indoor pool, two clay tennis courts and El Lago restaurant. It is open to the public and golf clubs may also be hired. With over 50 golf courses on the Costa Del Sol. Within 10 minutes drive you will find courses at Santa Clara, Rio Real, Cabopino, Miraflores, to name but a few. Most courses have websites and pre-booking is available before you arrive in Spain.
