A new penthouse apartment with stunning views of the sea to the south, mountains to the north, golf course in the east and beautiful stocked gardens and pools to the west. Those looking for 'the cheapest' apartment on the Sol should perhaps look elsewhere - what is on offer here is a very high standard of accommodation in a privileged position and location at a realistic price. The property is spacious and boasts a large private roof terrace with sun-beds and barbeque, a balcony with comfortable table and chairs, and inside luxury furnishings. There is a fully fitted/equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, and comfortable living room with TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, dining room which will accommodate up to 6. A safe is also provided for valuables. The apartment is accessed via underground garage with reserved private parking space and a lift to the penthouse level. There is also underground storage for suitcases and golf bags etc if required.

Situated just off the coast road which runs from Malaga-Cadiz. It is a few kilometres from Calahonda and is very near to the lovely port and beaches of Cabo Pino (visible from the balcony). The apartment itself is newly built on the La Reserva Marbella development and is in a privileged and elevated spot backing onto the mountains with open views to the rear, and sea views and views of Cabo Pino golf course to the front. It is an ideal family location being quiet and away from the pubs and clubs of the Sol, but still within very easy reach should those attractions be needed. There are 3/4 golf courses within a few kilometres and many many more on the Costa which is now known as the Costa del Golf. The apartment is easy to access and there are numerous places to visit within a short distance eg Marbella old town, Puerto Banus, Estepona, the mountain region behind and the popular resorts of Feurengirola and Benalmadena. Shops, bank and restaurants are within walking distance.
