Both offer flexible accommodation options including babies cot and kiddies fold down bed. 5 minutes drive from Marbella. These modern ground-floor apartments have direct access to miles of safe sandy beaches with lots of great bars and restaurants to laze away the days! The properties are set in lush gardens with three swimming pools. Forget the car! You can walk straight onto the beach and tennis courts with local shops a moments walk away. With air con/heating and modern furnishings throughout each unit comprises two twin/double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a spacious lounge and dining area. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or dine al fresco dining on the private terrace overlooking the beautiful communal gardens. A weekly change of bed linen and bath-towels. The Poniente apartment is one of two modern ground-floor apartments located just 5 kilometres east of Marbella. Set within a secure private community with direct access to one of the Costa del Sol’s finest beaches. There are excellent shopping facilities and restaurants nearby and it is only moments from some of finest golf courses on the coast. This home makes a great holiday base for the whole family and friends. There is easy access to many leisure activities and it is only 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

The Poniente and Levante apartments are set in a front line beach location on the outskirts of Marbella. With easy access to the superb award-winning beach. On your arrival at the airport we can offer 10% discount for car rental or even organise a driver to pick you up by taxi or mini-bus. It is only a 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The apartments can be reached by means of the E15 autovia via Marbella or the A7 (Formerly the N340) coast road via Fuengirola. Once you have settled in, there is also a very good local bus and taxi service for those who prefer not to drive. For special day trips there are small cruise ships running between Puerto Banus, Marbella and Fuengirola. Or, further down the coast you can visit Tanger for the day on one of the high speed catamarans which depart from Tarifa and Algeciras several times a day.

Activities Nearby: Welcome to Costa del Golf! A golfer's paradise and only minutes from the superb Santa Clara, Rio Real and Marbella Club courses. A short drive from the numerous other courses of the coast. The Sierra de las Nieves national park is 15 minutes drive where you can enjoy 4x4 jeep safaris, quad-biking fishing, shooting, mountain-biking, hill-walking and equestrian sports. Horse-racing is held weekly in high-season in Fuengirola. It also has an excellent aqua-park, aquarium, dolphin trips and shopping facilities. The Selwo safari park in Estepona is worth a visit for all the kids. Marbella is the place to go to enjoy a late night out with it’s fantastic bars, restaurants and discos, or, even just for a shopping expedition to the large department stores.

Activities Nearby: Mijas and the famous Andalusian white villages are a short drive inland. In the winter you can ski on the Sierra Nevada in the morning and in the afternoon enjoy some sunbathing on the beach! It is only a two hours drive away. Puerto Banus is the place to people-watch and shop-til-you-drop! The old town of Malaga is worth a visit. The Pablo Picasso museum opens it doors in 2003 too! Go see the barbary apes in Gibraltar one day. Don’t forget to visit Tarifa too for the spectacular sand-dunes, massive breakers and surfboarding.

Local Facilities: Within the community there are sub-tropical gardens, three swimming pools, two tennis courts with direct access to the beach and Fernando and Miguel y Marias’s chirinquitos’ (Beach-bars and restaurants). Sunday is Paella day for the locals. Book your table early! There is direct access to the E.U. Award-winning beach, views to Gibraltar and North Africa, swimming, water-sports, jet-skis, para-gliding, tennis etc. For local shopping, the local supermarket, general store, auto-bank and restaurants are a short walking-distance away.

Other Activities: New Ten Pin Super Bowling Alley just opened in Marbella, Go-karting on the beach, Paint Ball Fights in the Mountains!
