Parque La Carolina (Carolina Park) is a beautiful apartment complex, located on Marbella's famous Golden Mile just down the road from the Marbella Club. It is only five minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach. A gentle stroll along the beautiful promenade takes you to the main shopping centre and nightlife area. The complex has two large swimming pools set in lovely communal gardens, its own poolside bar restaurant and a tennis court. Restaurants within easy walking distance include Da Bruno (Italian) and the famous Villa Tiberio. There is ample parking space nearby and two large supermarkets for all your self-catering requirements. Our property is a delightful chalet style apartment fronting directly onto the gardens around one of the swimming pools. The property has been newly refurbished with new bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is a lovely covered terrace with dining area and space for sun loungers. There is also a patio. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Situated on Marbella's famous Golden Mile, close to the Marbella Club and Puente Romano, the apartment is five minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach. The town centre is within walking distance or five minutes drive. There are two supermarkets and a number of restaurants nearby. Puerto Banús is five minutes in the car or an easy bus ride away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required on booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. A refundable security deposit of €150 or £100 is required on arrival. Except by special arrangement, lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. and are for a minimum of one week.
  • The apartment will normally be available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. It should be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 am in order to prepare for the next guests (unless otherwise arranged).

Brilliant apartment and complex.

The apartment is clean and well presented. It overlooks the lovely pool and has everything you could need. There's a pool bar which is open from morning to night and serves gorgeous food. Across the road are a couple of really good restaurants, and the beach is a five minute walk. There's a supermarket, pharmacy and tobacconist in walking distance. I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends, and we're considering going back next year. There's watersports along the beach at the Marbella Club, which we found out by chance.
