Spacious (1,500 sq. ft./150 sq. m.), elegant penthouse apartment on two floors with panoramic views over the whole coastline of Marbella. Double L-shaped sitting room /dining room with three French doors to the terrace. More views to La Concha Mountain and the hills behind Marbella. Full air-conditioning and cool marble floors. The large terrace, (c.400 sq. ft.) is the perfect location for alfresco meals on the elegant glass and stone table. A shady pergola on the terrace with seating for six affords a pleasant escape from the Andalucian sun. The kitchen, with its polished black granite worktop, is fitted with top-quality units. For the slightly cooler evenings of winter, there is a state-of-the art log-burning stove in the centre of the living room that revolves at the touch of a finger. This is indeed a very special property. The apartment has free WIFI broadband internet access. A skype phone enables free phone calls worldwide to other skype users.

Our penthouse apartment is about 30 mins. walk along the seafront from either Marbella town or Puerto Banus. By car, it is about 5 mins. from either centre. The nearest beach is less than 10 mins. walk, just behind the Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotels.

| Notes: | The third bedroom has a convertible sofa bed 4'6' wide which would accommodate two. However, we think that one adult would be more comfortable. All three bedrooms have marble bathrooms ensuite, each with a full bath, shower, basin and bidet. We have two adjoining parking spaces in the secure garage under the building. The garage has two gates with remote electronic control and direct access to the building with two lifts - golfers can safely leave their clubs in the car. Finally, there is a 24-hour porterage and security service in the building. The apartment has full broadband, ADSL internet connection. The Wi-fi router allows connection all over the living area and on the terrace. There is no charge for this service. Just bring your own laptop or notebook pc. There is also an Epson printer and arrangements can be made for availability of a fax machine within the apartment. In the living-area, there is a set of powered MP3 speakers for use with guests' MP3 players such as iPODS |
Las Lomas del Marbella Club
With 7 royal palaces, Las Lomas del Marbella Club is the most exclusive area of the Golden Mile. Peaceful and secure, yet only 5 to 7 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella or Puerto Banus and only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. The beach is about 20 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes drive, behind the famous Puente Romano hotel. There are 12 famous golf courses within 15 minutes drive, including Marbella, Rio Real and Guadalmina. In winter, the ski resorts near Granada are no more than 2 hours drive. Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and the “White Villages of Andalucia” are all easily visited as are Gibraltar, Cadiz and Jerez de la Frontera. English, French and Spanish spoken.
Rental rates
Rental rates are normally Saturday to Saturday - but we will try to accommodate other flight arrangements where possible. Returnable security deposit of GBP600 with booking. Rates include maid service once a week - extra cleaning can be arranged, if required.
Local amenities
There are excellent shopping facilities in both Marbella and Puerto Banus with two large shopping centres (El Corte Ingles and La Canada) within easy reach. The Monday morning market near the football stadium in Marbella and the Saturday morning flea-market in Nueva Andalucia should not be missed. Numerous restaurants, excellent tapas bars and glamorous nightspots are all within a five-minutes drive as are two of the Leading Hotels of the World: the Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels which are only fifteen minutes walk from the apartment. Comment: 22/07/07: ' we are on the edge of leaving the apartment, We had a splendid holiday here and we enjoyed the apartment very much We hope to return sooner or later. I 've attached a family photo from Ronda,The restaurant in the parador was very good , a visit worthwhile. Greetings' Comment: 18/08/07: We enjoyed our stay so much. What makes your penthouse different from other properties is the feeling of staying in a private home.
