Shady Orange Square surrounded by beautiful old buildings and orange trees is the perfect place to watch the world go by. Walk along our beach for a romantic lunch at La Cabane, enjoy an unbelievable buffet in a stunning setting. We are only 5 Minutes from the huge La Canada shopping Mall where you can find everything from food to clothes and cafes all under one roof. Visit Puerto Banus, 10 mins by car. See what fantastic boats are in Port and watch the beautiful people. For culture escape into the mountains and visit Casares one of the amazing little white villages.   • We will consider special rates for long stays particularly out of season
  • A security deposit of 300€ is required to cover breakage, loss of remote control units, keys or excess cleaning. Security deposit will be returned as soon as possible after departure following local inspection.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental price is payable upon booking.

    Full payment plus payment of deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival.

    Deposit refunded as soon as possible, less any cost of any damage, breakages,excess cleaning etc.

    6-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate;
    4-6 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate;

  • The two bathrooms and the guest cloakroom are marble tiled floors and walls, with underfloor heating to the bathrooms. Good quality Hans Grohe fittings have been used throughout.

  • The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. There are spacious fitted wardrobes with drawers inside (also a safe) and the full height glass patio sliding doors lead directly out onto the main terrace. The marble bathroom has double basins, bath with shower over, WC and bidet. The marble floor has underfloor heating, particularly comfortable in the winter months. You have wonderful sea views from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a zip and link queen size double bed. Suitable as two singles. A little smaller than the Master Bedroom but still a good size, also with plenty of fitted wardrobe/drawer space. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, with single basin but otherwise the same facilities as the Master bathroom including underfloor heating.Both bedrooms have electric shutters, therefore you have a wonderful nights sleep, the shutters block out all light and most noise. The apartment also has a separate guest cloakroom.

Notes: This is a beautiful new apartment, built to a very high specification. The Living areas offer high quality finishes, including marble floors throughout, modern lighting and a fabulous, modern fully equipped kitchen, with granite work surfaces and top quality appliances. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Both en suite bathrooms and separate cloakroom are marble, with bath, shower, and bidet to en suites. Air conditioning is included and Central heating and under-floor heating to both bathrooms for the cooler winter nights. Very spacious outside terraces for AL fresco living. Broadband: We have recently installed broadband and are offering this wired and wireless as a free service to our guests. Broadband is rare in rented apartments on the Costa del Sol as there has been a great shortage and a long waiting list.

Amenities and Golf: The beach at Los Monteros stretches for miles in both directions. It's sandy beaches and dunes make it safe for bathing. Over 20 golf courses including seven top class courses are minutes away including Rio Real, Santa Clara and Marbella. The Tennis Courts of El Casco at El Rosario are available to non members and the recently built Calahonda Raquets Club also offers regular mix-ins or courts rented on an hourly basis. They have superb facilities including other racquet sports and gym.Parasailing on Los Monteros beach is now very popular in the evenings and appears to be the local beach for this activity.Many people come rod fishing in the evening.

We recently had a very relaxing week [not long enough!] in this lovely apartment with our two teenage sons and found the facilities to be 5 star. The apartment is very well appointed with great views to the sea and the mountains at the back. The photos on the website do not do it justice [the large lounge and terrace certainly have the wow factor!]
We have stayed in many holiday rentals in the Costa Del Sol and this has to be one of the best. We particularly liked the peace and quiet [and the sound of the frogs at night!] and the reassurance of 24hour security.
There are many good golf courses and restaurants nearby [car is required] and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. It is possible to walk into Marbella along the beach [approx 40 mins].
We found the booking process to be hassle free and as promised after only one week we have recieved our deposit back.
We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a perfect 10! We have traveled to France, Italy, and Sicily and by far, this is the best place we have stayed. The beach is about three blocks away. It can be seen from the huge patio that we practically lived on while we were there. We had breakfast there, we had wine at night there, we nashed there. I am surprised we didn't sleep there. The unit was totally updated, had underground garage which we loved, an elevator from the garage to the unit, great security and close proximity to all of the little surrounding towns.

Although we made a mistake and called the agent when we arrived, she still came immediately. She also suggested places to eat which were incredible. If we go back to Spain, we will definitely stay at this place. Incredible!
Owner's Response: Our USA visitors always remark on the spaciousness, and modernity of our apartment and above all the security and ease of access particularly for single ladies. It is quite important to feel you are safe in a foreign country and the fact that we have 24h security at the entrance to the urbanisation along with daytime Management at our own gates, this makes our visitors more comfortable. Of course this works just as well with children, you cannot exit the property without using either the gate code or remote, giving peace of mind to parents with young families.

Beautiful Apartment & Facilities

We stayed at the apartment for 1 week in June - travelling with a 2 year old toddler. The apartment was perfect, beautifully furnished and with everything you might need. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the huge terrace which had shade and sun all day long. The terrace had the added benefit of being very secure for a toddler to run around on and even space to set up a paddling pool. The swimming pool we used every day was warm and had a sloping entry - again great for toddlers and children to splash around in, and was set in magnificent tranquil gardens. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk with a restaurant serving food and drinks. Further along the beach, if you are prepared to walk, we found more upmarket places to dine. A car is essential but it is an easy drive to supermarkets and towns and villages along the coast. Highly recommended - we would certainly return to this apartment if we visit the area in the future.

Excellent choice

This property is by far the cleanest flat in the best repair of any we have used in Costa del Sol over the last 20 years or so.
The kitchen is well equipped for holiday usage, and there are sufficient towels and bedding. Also, having both a washer and dryer is a huge advantage.
Being in a gated area with a gated garage is also a plus in Costa del Sol with the high incidence of thefts from vehicles.
Our deposit was returned quickly after we vacated the unit.
