Fantastic views from this wonderful newly renovated and beautifully presented ,front line corner apartment with two balconies, so you can enjoy the sun all day. With two full size pools and super gardens opening onto the promenade, this is one of the best locations in Marbella. A short stroll will bring you to the Old Town and Orange Square surrounded by restaurants and bars this is the ideal holiday spot.. Newly renovated and modernised this is a very well presented apartment, we hope we have provided everything you will need but please do let us know if you have any special requirements we will do our best to oblige you. We provide linen towels etc but ask that you bring your own beach towels. Otherwise just come and enjoy the fabulous Marbella life...lazy sunny days, evenings spent shopping before dinner in the Porto Banus amongst the yachts and casinos.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We request a 75.00 or 100 Euro accidental damage deposit. We ask that this is sent as a seperate cheque as it will only be cashed if there is actual damage or excessive cleaning required. Please note that should a guest smoke in the apartment this deposit will be used to launder the curtains etc to rid the apartment of the smell.
  • To facilitate a thorough cleaning between guests the apartment is not avai ailble for occupancy until AFTER 3pm and MUST be vacated by 11am on day of departure. However whenever possible we will faciltate guests with early or late flights.

This apt was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable and also very secure. The location is excellent as it is central and on the promenade, but in particular the positioning is perfect ie on 3rd floor at the front and on the corner, so that the balcony is bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. The views are simply spectacular. One small quibble is that the bedroom is a little small but the large balcony off it (this apt has 2 balconies !) more than compensates. The owner was very efficient to deal with and everything worked a treat. We would certainly recommend this apt to our friends and we will certainly stay there again.

This was a wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple wanting to make the most of the sunshine and the scenery. It could not be more convenient for the beach, the prominade and is within very easy access to all amenities including the harbour and the old town of Marbella. Best of all are the magnificent views, not exaggerated by the website photos. All in all, a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your apartment in Skol. We had a superb time and didn't want to come home. The apartment was great with everything that we could have wanted. But the best thing has to be the fantastic views that you have from the balcony, I don't think that there are better views of Marbella than that. We are working out when we can plan another holiday to Marbella and we will be in touch.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in marbella .the views are great and it is just minutes away from the old square and mnay good restaurants and bars ,but not noisy.
