A luxurious 2 bedroom apartment, in the centre of Marbella
This is one of the most prestigious letting complexes in Marbella. A Veritable oasis in the centre of Marbella new town and yet only yards from the beach, with extensive gardens and sun bathing terraces surrounding two full sized pools and a safe children’s pool. The complex is separated from the beach only by the municipal park and the marble promenade. Situated in SKOL avenue, the area which has bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes and pockets, with quality shops and boutiques only a couple of hundred yards away, and yet inside the complex there is not even traffic noise! A Taxi rank and a major supermarket branch are located just across the road, and public transport is at the top of the street. There is 24hr security in the complex and swimming is prohibited after 10pm to ensure a peaceful and tranquil holiday for all.

Marbella is famous for being a very stylish, fashionable resort, however there is more to it than just designer shops and fabulous restaurants. The beaches and the promenade found in Marbella are some of best along the coast. One of the more traditional parts of town is the fabled 'Orange Square' here you'll find stately buildings, galleries, bars and shops, as well of course as dramatic colours of the exotic tropical plants. The winding streets to be found off this square lead you through the Old Town area and it seems more like a village here than a cosmopolitan town. Make your way back towards the coast and you'll find Alameda Park, here you can take a horse and carriage to travel in style. A little further afield you can visit historic towns and cities, such as Ronda, Seville and Granada. On your doorstep is one of the typical Andalucian 'white villages' of Ojen, and a day trip to Gibraltar is worthwhile.
