This is an very good residential area and a great base for exploring the Costa del Sol. The excting town of Marbella is just a few minutes drive West and the famous port, Puerto Banus just five minutes further on. The local area is known as El Rosario, close to Elviria, and is well serviced with a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars and the ever popular La Canada shopping centre is just minutes away with a fantastic selection of international shops, eateries, cinema and bowling alley for an alternative evening out! There are great number of golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the property and also tennis clubs. In the winter it is possible to go for a day skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains that can be reached bya 2 1/2 hour drive from El Rosario. The apartment is close to the Los Monteros hotel and some of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol. MA 3410
