Parque Marbella is in a first class location, only 150m from the beach but in the town centre. Restaurants, cafes and bars are on the doorstep, as are a bakery, supermarket, banks, a park & shops/boutiques. The excellent location, 40mins from Malaga airport, means a car is not needed. Security is paramount; all access doors are key entry, with CCTV & security personnel at the main entrance. Situated on the 2nd floor, the balcony is huge & overlooks one of two pools; it is exceptionally quiet. Air conditioned, the apartment has just been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, dressing area & ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, with an optional 3rd pullout bed. There is a cot & high chair. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower. The living room has a leather sofa & chaise, with dining table for 6. The balcony has a table for 6 plus 4 sun lounger’s. There are two electric blinds to create shade.

Parque Marbella combines the convenience of a town location with the ideal position,150m from the sea and sandy beach. Spoilt for choice, there are many restaurants along the marble promenade and many more just inland. There is a bakery literally across the road, a supermarket, taxi rank, internet cafe, banks, and boutiques only metres away. The prime location of the apartment cannot be over- emphasised. The apartment not only overlooks a pool but also a beautiful park. It faces southeast and is on the 2nd floor. Because it is located in the middle of an m shaped building it is exceptionally quiet.

  • Like the rest of the apartment, both bathrooms are new. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a shower above it. The main bathroom has a fantastic walk in shower.

Bed 2 has twin single beds, with an optional third bed suitable for a child. It too has patio doors leading onto the balcony. There is a travel cot and high chair in the apartment. All beds have duvets; they have two layers to offer summer or winter weights. All pillows and duvets are hypo-allergenic. Both bedrooms have heat/air conditioning units.

Large apartment with spacious rooms and large balcony. Right in the middle of town next to beach with a highly popular tapas place in the gorund floor -it cannot be more ideal! And if the weather end january (rarely!) was not ideal, we enjoyed the large rooms so much more. ANd had exciting day trips to Gibraltar, Jerez, Ronda etc!

Fab place to stay. Great location with beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket etc on the doorstep. Apartment was very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Very secure. Lovely pool area. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommeding this apartment to anyone and we hope to go again ourselves one day.

Highlights for us were trip to Purto Benus on the catamaran - especially sitting on the nets! And eating freshly cooked sardines at on the beach at one of the lovely restaurants. Trip to Gibraltar was also a great day out.
