Ideally situated, this lovely apartment has a newly fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, fridge, washing machine, etc. and a new bathroom with large shower cubicle, bidet, w.c. and marble-topped vanity unit. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, twin pull-down beds, ceiling fan and TV with DVD player, radio and CD player. The bedroom has a double bed, vanity unit with mirror and spacious fitted wardrobe. The apartment is heated in winter. The terrace is furnished with patio table and chairs, which has views to the sea and the mountains. Outside, there are well-maintained community gardens with swimming pool and parking area. An English manager is available to welcome you and provide assistance.

This apartment is ideally placed very near the famous Marbella beach and promenade, park, Old Town and Harbour. Restaurants, cafes, bars and designer shops are all nearby, and there is a good bus service to the airport (45 minutes by bus, approx. 30 minutes by taxi). A car to meet you at the airport can be arranged.

Marbella is surrounded by mountains, creating a microclimate which creates mild winters and pleasant summers. The average annual temperature is 19C and the sun shines on average 320 days a year. As well as the usual holiday past-times you can go sightseeing in the Old Town, sit amongst the Salvador Dali sculptures in the Avenida del Mar, or stroll through the charming Bonsai Museum. The university city of Malaga is within easy reach to visit the botanical gardens and museums (including the new Picasso Museum). Drive to Refugio de Juanuar (17k) for great walks in the Sierra Blanca, or the beautiful hillside town of Ronda to explore. Puerto Banus, the 'St. Tropez of Spain', is also near..

Brilliant Holiday!

Me and my friend returned from a fantastic week in Marbella last Wednesday. The apartment was great. Clean, tidy, spacious and safe. The location was perfect, just 2 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants right on the door step and bus stop 2 mins up the road.

Eileen was very helpful all the way along from my initial enquiry right the way through to booking and on arrival in Marbella, Heather was on hand to show us the apartment and advise us on finding our way around.

Marbella we found to be quite quiet at night however, it was great for eating out and for a lively night, Puerto Banus was just a 5 minute bus journey away. Beaches were beautiful and streets were well maintained and always clean.

Overall we both had a brilliant girly holiday and will definitely be returning next year!

Ideal Apartment - Great Location

My two daughters and myself are so pleased we found this lovely apartment. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The information sent by the owner was very helpful when we visited Marbella for the first time in 2006, her descriptions were very accurate. The apartment was clean and ideal for our needs. We returned for a two week stay in August 2007, with one of my friends joining us for a week. She felt very comfortable and said she would definitely stay here again. Hopefully we will all be able to enjoy many more holidays here, and are presently trying to arrange dates for later this year. I would certainly recommend this apartment to other friends and family as it is good value for money, is in a great spot and we felt very safe.
Owner's Response: I am very pleased that these guests enjoyed their first - and return - holidays so much. My manager and I go out of our way to make sure that people are comfortable during their stay, and I like to send details which are helpful to people who don't know the area. That saves time in finding your way around and the best places to go - especially if you're only there for a week or so. People do recommend us to family and friends, and we get a high ratio of return visits. So we must be doing something right!ß

my husband and i were always used to package holidays but since we found this appartment we have never looked back and this june we will be on our third visit to same.we have recommended it to our friends and family and are so glad we found it .it is clean and spacious and so near everything . we love the peace and tranquility and this appartment adds to our enjoyment of marbella.considering its location in the heart of marbella we are absolutely grateful we have found it and at such good value.we have no hesitation in introducing this appartment.

Pleasant stay, great location.

Just returned from a six night stay in this apartment. It is located facing the east side of a 70's style apartment block on the 7th floor. It had wonderful sun in the bedroom and sitting room and balcony in the mornings and nicely cool in the evening that made sleeping easier. There is no air conditioning but there are two ceiling fans. There is a new kitchen and bathroom and recently decorated. We were disappointed that there was no welcoming pack when we arrived, not even a bottle of water or bar of soap. We were lucky to be provided with one toilet roll. After a long journey it would be nice to have a few basics provided. We were unable to use the kettle provided due to floating particles in the water. We were not sure if this was the kettle disintegrating or limescale breaking off the walls of the kettle. Some of the kitchen utensils/cups and bowls were grubby with food encrusted stains. Generally we thought the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. The local manager needs to ensure a better standard of presentation. Having said that we made ourselves comfortable and enjoyed our stay. There is no satellite T.V. only local cable. Sky News was the only English channell. It is located in the second row from the beach almost behind the Skol apartments. There is an internet cafe 100 yds away, useful for printing off your return flight tickets. Plenty of supermarkets. A nice apartment and good value for the price paid. I would definitely return.
Owner's Response: I am very pleased that these guests enjoyed their stay and plan to come again. Most people don't want any catering provided as the shops are nearby, but my manager will get shopping in advance by special request. That's the first time in five years of letting that anyone has had a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, as my manager is a stickler for standards, and I have passed the comments on to her. But I'm glad that they gave the apartment such a high rating, and look forward to their next booking. I do get a high number of repeat bookings and people recommending the apartment to their friends and family, both young and old!
