This new apartment is furnished with new modern furniture, a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. It is fully equipped with hot & cold air-conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The accommodation also benefits from quality furnishings including leather sofas, 28' Satellite TV*, DVD player, CD system, ironing facilities and a hairdryer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom having twin beds and fitted wardrobes, with a comfortable kingsize leather sofa bed in the lounge. There is sufficient bedding, seating, crockery, etc, to suit a maximum occupancy of 6. Nearest Airport: Malaga airport 40 minutes drive away at 55 Kilometres

La Maestranza is a new complex situated at the mouth of golf valley, approximately 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. The development consists of village style complex of 3-storey apartments which were completed in September 2003. It has an atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village with classic rustic white walls, red roofs and quiet footpaths. The facility includes two swimming pools (one of which is heated) and a shallow paddling pool, all surrounded by pleasant tiered gardens with ample grassed area for sunbathing. There is a supermarket and chemist within 20 metres of the complex. Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport. Therefore a car is not essential. The apartment has a stunning view of La Concha mountain from the elegantly furnished terrace which captures summer sun until past lunchtime. We are also surrounded by championship golf courses and driving ranges.

The Town: Puerto Banus has a wide variety of boutiques, designer shops and restaurants at your disposal. There is a supermarket and chemist within 20 metres of the complex. To get there: By car or taxi along the N340 Coast Road to Marbella from Malaga Airport and exit at Nueva Andalucia (the second Puerto Banus turn off) PLEASE NOTE: Passengers flying from Malaga Airport are advised to allow extra time for their journey due to traffic congestion as a result of airport development work. The work is expected to continue into 2007.

The Costa Del Sol: This region is home to the infamous Puerto Banus, with its fabulous boats and beaches and magnificent views of La Concha mountain. Travel a little further a field and soak up the history in Seville, Granada or Cordoba. You can even Ski in the Sierra Nevadas or drive to Portugal for the weekend.
