The ground floor apartment has a generously proportioned reception room with a three seater settee and 2 armchairs. There is a dining area with an oval table and seating for 6 people. Patio doors open onto a spacious terrace with a table 6 chairs, 4 sun beds and a barbecue and view over a the gardens and surrounding countryside. The terrace leads straight into the lovely gardens with one of the three swimming pools only 20 paces away.

Accommodation Information: The main bedroom has patio doors on to the terrace and twin linked beds. There is an ensuite dressing area with fitted cupboards and twin basins and a door leading to the bathroom with a bath (wall mounted powerful shower) bidet and toilet. Bedroom No. 2 has twin beds, fitted cupboards and an ensuite bathroom with a bath (wall mounted powerful shower) bidet and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cupboard space, a hob, oven, microwave, electric toaster ,kettle and refrigerator/freezer. The utility area leading off the kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A parking space is allocated outside the apartment.

Golf Information: La Cartjua is situated on Atalaya's Old and New courses and the popular El Paraiso course. It is within easy reach of some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Del Sol.
