A beautifully appointed apartment in the prestigious 'La Alcazaba' development. Offering 24 hour reception with underground parking, Within a short walk and on the same level (no hill climbing) of Puerto Banus marina, beach and the many restaurants, and only two miles from Marbella town. 24 hour reception and security service. Car hire contact can be given when booking confirmed. Keep in touch with friends and family- internet available at reception. The whole complex is run similar to a hotel. Telephone facilities are also available in the apartment. The restaurant Trader Vic's and Tonga Bar are located within the complex and the pool cafe is open during the day in Mid to High season. A new state of the art health club is available to clients, ask at reception for rates when you arrive. Cable television with BBC1&2 ITV, Ch4 & 5. We have added a DVD player. During May until end of October we book only Saturday to Saturday and one week is the minimum period. Exception to this is last minute bookings

Christmas and New year rates £700. Easter £700. A £200 security breakage deposit is taken which is returned after you vacate the apartment.

We are IN Puerto Banus (La Alcazaba)
Most adverts state near Puerto Banus - but we are in Puerto Banus. The apartment is located in a quiet and secure development, close to all facilities.No hill to climb something you need to consider if you are walking back to your apartment at night in the heat of summer A new gym has been added recently and available for a small fee (ask at reception) Car space underneath apartment provided - an essential. An ideal base for touring Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda etc all within short driving distance.Golf courses - many within a short drive.
La Alcazaba
A development of 187 individual apartment covering an area of 35,000 sq.m within walking distance of beach and marina (100m) A major feature is the beautiful award winning gardens which are admired and enjoyed by occupants and visitors alike. There are in excess of 350 palm tree and about 80 different varities of shrubs and plants. 24 hour security is evident yet discret. The development is home to 'Trader Vic's' famous restaurant the only one in Spain offering Polynesian cuisine. Each year we like to up grade our apartment and its facilities. Recently we refurbished the main bedroom and changed the patio furniture.
Puerto Banus
One of the worlds most famous harbours, provides sophisticated dining along with live entertainment, discos. The many attractions of Puerto Banus are within 100m - 200m away. It is a place of constant buzz from mid morning until the early hours. You are only a short stroll from Cort Ingles- a large department store all under one roof. Groceries can also be purchased here.Don't forget the market day near the bull ring on Saturdays, but go early to avoid the crowds
Golf Information:
A great watering hole for the golfer. Within 10 Kms there are about 30 courses. And being in Puerto Banus the 'Apres Golf' is on your door step. No need to take a car to access the many top quality restaurants. 24hour reception for anytime arrivals.You will require to show I.D. in order to pick up keys at reception.

'The whole experience was even better than I had imagined'-lindalu80228@comcast.net. The location is perfect and so convenient to everything- your home was everything you said it was and more-Muriel USA. 'Was everything you said it was and we enjoyed the gardens and the location. Just a quick note to thank you. The apartment and Alzacaba are very nice place, we had a great time and everything turned out. I would like to say that this apartment is absolutely fantastic. Sparkling clean, in a fantastic surrounding (beautiful actually) and in the best area in that it is literally a 4 minute walk to the heart of Banus but those 4 minutes are enough for the situation of the apartment to be quiet. The fact that Trader Vics is in the same complex is a huge plus as well. There were no hiccups at all and we had a fantastic time.
