This apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, digital TV, stereo and hot/cold air-conditioning. The apartment has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe. The lounge is 600 sq. feet and has a king size sofa bed, which means the apartment can sleep six people. Bedroom one has a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment comes with a parking space in the under ground garage which is accessed through an automatic garage door. There is a good sized terrace bringing the overall size of the apartment to almost 1600 sq. feet. There are both adults (2) and children's (1) swimming pools. One adults heated pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are only 4 steps to be negotiated between the apartment and the entrance to the complex. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants with in 100 mtrs and these include a proper full size supermarket. Marbella

Sight Seeing: Some attractions within easy driving distance are: Gibraltar...for it duty free shopping. Benahavis.... A lovely Andalucian village with a great selection of restaurants and Ronda ..... A historical mountain town famous for its spectacular gorge. You can take a day Trip to Morrocco from the ferry terminal beside Gibraltar. There is also the Selwo safari Park,an experience to be enjoyed by all ages.

Shopping and Golfing: The following are several outstanding shopping areas to be explored. La Canada Shopping centre. Marbella town centre, San Pedro town centre,El Court Ingles, Marina Banus, Hippercor, as well as the flee markets in San Pedro on Wednesdays and Puerto Banus Bullring on Saturdays. You are located at the entrance to the area known as Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucia. It will take no longer than 5 minutes to drive to any of the nearby very popular courses of Aloha,Los Naranjos,La Quinta and Las Brisas. For somebody a little less serious about the game or easing into a holiday, the nine hole'La Dama De Noche' course is also very close by. You are with in a maximum one hour drive from another 25 quality courses stretching from Torrequebrada back towards Malaga, to Valderrama as you drive towards Gibraltar.

Getting There: You will be provided with detailed instructions to get to the apartment from Malaga Airport. Our representative will meet you and show you to your apartment. Taxi transfer from the airport can also be arranged if you so desire. La Maestranza

We have just returned from a relaxing holiday at La Maestranza. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a good location within walking distance to shops restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus is just the right distance away to enjoy the nightlife but be able to get away from it as well. The Pasta cafe, and delicious are very close by for the times when you don't want to walk very far,and they serve good food.The complex is very clean with staff sweeping and mopping the shared areas on a daily basis. The apartment is equipt with most things you require, except tea towels and a hairdryer. So make sure you pack them. We had to go out and buy a hairdryer, as we are used to having them at the apartments, and I hadn't packed one. We had a good holiday overall. but we had a disappointing start because we booked this particular apartment for the promised wireless broadband listed on the apartment detaiIs.The apartment does not have internet access. This meant we had 2 not very happy teenagers, as we had promised that on this holiday they would be able to use their laptops to keep in touch with their friends. We felt we should point his out because it should not be listed as a feature of the apartment. But that said if you want a nice apartment in Spain for a relaxing holiday and you are not looking for wi-fi access, then choose La Maestranza.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issues raised in your review.

Their should be a hair dryer in the apartment, I can only assume that it has been removed by a previous guest. We will replace the hair dryer when I go down to the apartment next, 1st week of November.
Tea towels should also be present, I have notified the agent to prevent a future occurrence.
The WIFI issue is simply a mistake in the advert which I have since rectified.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is clean, well furnished with excellent facilities. It is also ideally positioned within walking distance of town and handy for local shops etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Highly recommend this to families with young kids. Daniel (7) liked that heated swimming pool and stayed there all day long.
All as described on website, so no problems what so ever. Brendan is very helpful too, gave us a lot of hints and tips re shops and restaurants and places to visit.
Hope to go there again next year.

The apartment was very spacious and was very consistent with our expections, so no disappointments. The layout was great as the bedrooms were well positioned from the lounge and kitchen and would make a perfect apartment for 2 couples to share. The property was very clean and well maintained and for us it was great proximity to the town/beach in Puerto Banus - only a 10 min walk so good if you want the peace and quiet along with quick access when you want it. The heated pool was great and really was heated! Brendan was very honest with us and showed great flexibility as we needed to check out later than the 10am requirement. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for accomodation for 4-6 people. Fantastic supermarket and cafe right next to the complex which was very important to us because of the kids. The locals were great and everyone including the residents were very friendly.
