Enjoy all the best that Marbella and Puerto Banus has to offer while staying in our well located apartment. Our holiday home is available for weekly or long term rental. Ideal for the disabled or infirm as access from the main entrance of La Maestranza to the apartment is on one level. (No stairs or steps), much easier for carrying shopping, beach gear, or golf bags etc. The two roomy bedrooms with bathrooms are located diagonally opposite each other within the apartment so two families can stay and enjoy total privacy. There are two single beds that can be pushed together in one room, a super-king size bed that will unzip to become two single beds, and a very comfortable large sofa bed in the lounge should it be needed. The very spacious lounge and dining area leads on to a large elevated terrace overlooking two of La Maestranza’s many beautiful Mediterranean gardens, and the famous La Concha mountain reaches for the sky as a backdrop. Long rentals welcome. Wi-Fi with long rentals.

How to get there: We are approximately 30 mins drive via the motorway from Malaga airport. Full detailed instructions will be provided. We can arrange a taxi or hire car at the airport ready for your arrival. Arrival and departure times for the apartment are flexible.

Thing To Do: No need to hire a car. Everything is here for a relaxing holiday on the coast. We have local shops, restaurants, golf courses, tennis clubs, night clubs, market (Saturdays), beaches, and much more. But if you do hire a car, use the excellent motorway and visit Gibraltar for its duty free shopping and ferry crossing to Morocco. Go horse racing at the Hippodrome. There is Tivoli World amusement park. Selwo Park, Water Parks, White washed villages of Cassares and Istan, Sierra Nevada for Skiing. Granada, Seville, Jerez, Malaga home of Picasso, Marbella. Olive groves, Bodegas, Fiestas. We are in the heart of the Costa Del Sol. The best of quality service and goods, and honest value for money can be found here. We are in a gated community and it is very safe for families with children

We've just come back from our holiday and although it unexpectedly rained for a couple of days, we had a great time looking around Puerto Banus which is only a short drive or longer walk from the apartment, visiting the beach and driving to Ronda (around an hour) and Gibraltar to see the apes, they also have a Saturday market 2 minutes walk.

The apartment itself was a real home from home treat, clean, spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. It accommodated us and our 18 month old daughter brilliantly. The gated complex grounds are very pretty, well maintained and the pool area is ideal for adults and kids alike to have loads of fun and the nearby restaurants excellent at catering for kids, be it eat in or take away.

We would highly recommend the Dowding's apartment, great place, friendly and helpful as was everyone we met on our holiday! We'd definitely recommend and book again.
Owner's Response: This urbanisation year after year is proving to be very popular with families, young and not so young.
We want this trend to continue so everyone that comes here, can have a great time.

Stayed in this lovely apartment in August 2009.We found it to be very spacious and comfortable.Plenty of room for the kids,the second bedroom particularly well situated down the hall having 2 noisy teenagers.It was spotlessly clean on arrival,the staff very friendly and helpful.The gardens are beautiful,the kids loved the pool and the supermarket is within walking distance.The area is beautiful, nice and quiet where the apartments are and within a 10min walk of the bustling centre.We would reccommend this apartment greatly we had a fabulous time.The Wildblood Family.

A spacious, well equipped, tastefully furnished/decorated apartment within a secure, well looked after community with several pools, even a heated one for the low-season visit like ours. Accommodated a family of 5 very well. Benefitted of 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to the village and beach and a very good supermarket and a couple of OK restaurants very close. Easy parking for your hire car right by the place on a quiet street or in a secure underground garage facility

Needless to say, the choice was preceded by very good communications by email with a friendly and informative owner. This general area, although fairly built up by now, is far superior to the old, spoiled mass tourism beach resorts of Torremolinos, Fuengirola etc. and has all the golf and tennis courses you might need within a short drive away. A good mid-costa del Sol location for trips further on and up the mountain (beautiful Ronda), without being too far from the Malaga airport.

Owner's Response: When we decided to invest in a home in spain, we were advised strongly to buy in La Maestranza, Nueva Andalucia. We were not disappointed. As this reviewer states, we are walking distance to many facilities, which makes for a relaxing holiday. The urbanisation is very well managed, the pools and gardens are keep immaculate. But if you do have a hire car, we are only one hours drive to Gibraltar in the west, or 2 hours drive to Granada in the east.

Location and property were ideal, presented in a well maintained fashion. Will use this property again and would definitely recommend to friends.
Puerto Banus is about a 10 minute walk away and has an abundance of restaurants and bars to appeal to anyone's appetite.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for letting us your apartment at La Maestranza. The apartment was just as described and perfect as far as location was concerned. My wife and son and her mother had a fabulous 10 days and fortunately the weather was generally good and a relaxing time was had by all. I have already mentioned your place to several of my friends and hope that we can visit there again in the future.
