La Maestranza - This new 2bed/3bath duplex apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has all the facilities you would expect for a luxurious holiday. The Apartment: remote control hot and cold air conditioning throughout, intercom system to main gate and security, king size sofa bed in living room so the apartment can comfortably sleep six. Linen and towels are provided as is a maid service once a week. There are three swimming pools (one heated outdoor) and a paddle pool for young children. There is a large supermarket and pharmacy 50 meters from the complex and plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. There is an excellent outdoor market held every Saturday just a five minute walk away beside the bullring. The apartment is set in the golf valley and is within a fifteen minute drive of at least six top courses. Late deals are sometimes available, contact owners for details.

There is a large supermarket and pharmacy 50 meters from the complex and plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. There is an excellent outdoor market held every Saturday just a five minute walk away beside the bullring. For those who like to shop Puerto Banus hosts many of the worlds top fashion houses and also has a huge shopping complex La Canada plus the famous El Corte Ingles department store.

Notes: There are three swimming pools in the complex one of which is a heated which our apartment is beside. There is also a PlayStation 2 in the apartment which the children and maybe some adults will appreciate. The apartment is available from 5pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. This is to allow for cleaning if the changeover day is the same. However if the changeover day is not the same this may be more flexible but must be agreed in advance of your arrival.

Arrival and departure times: The apartment may be accessed from 5pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. This is to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned should there be clients arriving and departing on the same day. However if there is no changeover on the same day this may be more flexible but must be agreed in advance of arrival. A refundable security deposit of £250 will be required on booking, this will be returned after your departure upon inspection of the apartment by our representative.
