Only 35 – 40 minutes from Málaga airport, this 4th floor apartment is located on an elevated site enjoying panoramic views of the mountains, Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea. Puerto Banús, with its fashionable marina and beaches, is only 5 minutes away. This part of the Costa del Sol is known as the “Costa del Golf” - the apartment overlooks Golf Valley and is adjacent to 5 golf courses (Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta and La Dama de Noche). The area also offers a vast range of international restaurants, bars and night-clubs while there is a casino nearby. The bull ring (2 minutes walk) hosts a market every Saturday. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a remote control air conditioning/heating system in each room. The east facing terrace benefits from breathtaking views while the west facing terrace overlooks the gardens and one of the three swimming pools in the complex.
