This beautiful Mediterranean style apartment has been built to a very high standard by the architect Melvin Villaroel, the designer of the Puente Romano Hotel. The spacious apartment of approximately 125m2, with marble floor throughout, has a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, dining room and lounge with full Sky Television. The two large bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. The apartment has three sun terraces which are in full sunshine all day, whilst air-conditioning and heating ensure your comfort. There is also 24 hour security and in-house technical and medical assistance as well as designated and secure underground parking24 hour child care/baby sitting can be booked through reception. There is a Parisian style cafe, bar and Bistro and world famous Trader Vic’s Polynesian restaurant situated poolside. A luxurious hi-tech gymnasium with steam and sauna rooms. In addition to the interlinked outdoor pools there is a heated indoor pool. Poolside. Award winning gardens.

To reserve a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is last minute full payment is required.
