The apartment is situated on the ground floor with both a front and back patio facing south-west so has sunshine all day long. There is a lounge - diner with adjacent kitchen, main bedroom with bathroom ensuite, second twin bedded room with separate bathroom. The back patio has lots of plants and a 5 person hot-tub Jacuzzi. The apartment is a few short steps from the beautiful pool with showers, toilet and bar area with fridge-freezer, and barbeque for your convenience. The complex is gated for your security and there is plenty of car parking space inside the complex. The L5 bus runs right past the property to take you to and from the complex to Corte Inglese in Puerto Banus, at the moment this runs every two hours. There are also buses a five minute walk away which will take you to Marbella and in the opposite direction to San Pedro.

General Information This privately owned apartment has been newly furnished to a high standard to provide the basis for a relaxing holiday in a delightful location close to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Set in landscaped gardens with a communal pool this is a place to wind down and simply enjoy your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). Maid service is provided every seven days (for each complete week booked)

TRAVEL, SIGHTSEEING AND THE LOCAL AREA - Puerto Banus is a 35 minute drive fro Malaga Airport and approx 90 minutes from Jerez Airport (Ryaniar flights from Stansted), and about 50 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. Car hire is recommended. The golf courses Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos are within easy reach and there are many more with a 20 minute drive. A golfer's paradise! Every Saturday there is a large market held at the Bull Ring in Puerto Banus - a great place for bargains! In contrast, why not visit El Corte Ingles department store and the many designer boutiques. A shopper's paradise (for all pockets)! For sightseeing you can stroll along the famous marina at Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, visit picturesque Marbella Old Town as well as go further afield to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and Granada with the Alhambra Palace. The intrepid traveller can even take the ferry from Algeciras to Tangiers!
