Just a short drive from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is on the private Los Naranjos development, which boasts five swimming pools, tennis courts and landscaped tropical gardens. This superb luxury ground floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom finished in white marble and comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower. The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with a Wide Screen 32' LCD satellite SKY TV for English Channels, video and DVD player, plus a Bose Hi-Fi unit. The fully fitted kitchen comprises an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Outside is a generous terrace area with table and chairs for alfresco dining plus sun lounger’s.

Los Naranjos: Los Naranjos is conveniently sited close to the centre of Puerto Banus (just a short 4 min taxi ride)whilst maintaining a quiet and relaxed environment. The complex is part residential with approximately 40% being owner occupied and boasts beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. For your peace of mind 24 hour security is in force. In addition the apartment has a monitored alarm system to summon assistance in the event of any emergency, including medical assistance. Our on-site agents can arrange a daily maid service, baby sitting, car hire and many other services to make your holiday as stress free as possible. CLIMATE: The Marbella area of the Costa del Sol enjoys a unique 'microclimate' caused by the range of mountains behind. More than 320 sunny days per year are averaged and daytime temperatures are said to average near 20ºC in the winter and 30ºC in August.

Golf: For the golfer, you could not be more spoilt for choice. Los Naranjos itself sits between the La Dame Notre and Aloha golf courses. Within a 20 minute drive there are at least 20 other courses. Just 5 minutes away are the Los Naranjos and Las Brisas Golf courses.

Puerto Banus: Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro. This is the place to be pampered yachtside and ogle at those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air resturants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shoppers dream. Shopping facilities are excellent; ranging from designer clothes to less expensive outlets. El Corte Inglis is a very large department store which includes a supermarket with an extensive range of groceries. BEACHES: The beaches of Puerto Banús have Blue Flag status and offer showers and public toilets.

Dear Chris and Linda,
Just thought that we'd drop you a line to say how much we have enjoyed our holiday at your apartment. The pictures you sent us of the apartment didn't do it justice, on arrival we were taken aback by how luxurious it was. We hired a people carrier for the duration and found Los Naranjos to be an ideal base to tour the Costa Del Sol and surrounding areas. Our only regret was having to come home at the end of the two weeks and we will certainly return to visit the other places we didn't manage to fit in.
We would all like to thank you for a great two weeks and do not hesitate to use us as a reference if you wish.
