Each apartment is equipped to sleep 4, however, + several apartments have a good quality sofa-bed and can therefore accommodate 6 guests. Air conditioning and heating, marble floors, fully fitted kitchens with utility room. All have very spacious lounge/diners with lovely working fireplaces, ample lounge seating and dining (inside and al-fresco). TV & DVD/video players can be enjoyed as well as the commu-satellite TV (some have full SKY). One of the apartments has internet access. All lounge leads to a private patio with further al-fresco dining and our 2nd floor apartments have a wonderful roof-terrace with views to La Concha for that all day sun with one benefiting from roof-top Jacuzzi. All master bedrooms have good quality double beds and en - suite bathrooms, the second bedroom has two single beds and bathroom adjacent. The complex also benefits from an onsite restaurant and bar, with serviced pool, internet cafe & large supermarket. A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY HERE.

Thank you very much for facilitating a very enjoyable stay in an area, and accommodation, that we intend to return to! This was the first time I've used the internet and an organisation such as yours to arrange a holiday and found the experience very easy and helpful. The promptness of your response to queries was top class, the method of payment was both easy and re-assuring and from the moment we passed through 'Arrivals' in Malaga to be met by your driver to when we were dropped off two weeks later we felt we were in good hands. You've set standards that I feel will be hard to beat! We certainly hope to return to the Costa del Sol and will definitely be using your company as and when we do so. Also I've had no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you to friends and family.

Los Naranjos Puerto Banus

We have stayed in 2 penthouse apartments on Los Naranjos. The first 2 years ago in a 1 bed near the tennis courts which was very good. This was not in a gated part and there was a problem with lots of dog mess on the paths. The apartment was very good though with good facilities.
We stayed in a 2 bed penthouse a year ago which was in a gated part and the paths, gardens etc which much cleaner and nicer. The apartment (I'm not sure that it is the one in the photo - if it is the furniture etc has changed). It was OK but not very well laid out. There were sunbeds on the roof terrace but nothing else, no umbrella, parasol etc. so it was difficult to find any shade there when it got too hot. The kitchen was not very well laid out, very cramped and didn't even have a window that could be opened.
In general I would say the Los Naranjos site is looking old and tired and a bit shabby. We've just come back from Los Arqueros in Benhavis and there is no comparison. I think a lot of Spanish families live on Los Naranjos and there was often quite a lot of noise
Owner's Response: As agents to the individual owners on site we can confirm that since the renter stayed in accommodation on the Los Naranjos de Marbella site (which has 7 phases) now benefits from an on-site supermarket, restaurant, bar and internet stations. Further shops are planned on the site which will make the resort very attractive for holiday-makers. As anywhere in the world local issues can annoy holiday makers. With private accommodation, it is just that. The experience of private renting is a home-from-home vacation and is not intended to be package hotel based. The issue of dog mess again is worldwide and the gardeners on site work hard to clear mess when irresponsible owners do not clear it up. BTW; the gardens on the complex are fantastic and can be compared as typical andalusian in colour and variety. As each individual apartment or house is different, each owner provides the facilities within each. As on-site agents we deal with any issue with our units when they are reported to us and feel that the complex and the units offer a great rental experience.
