A luxury two-bedroom Andalucian Pueblo style apartment situated 50 metres from the Port. Furnished to a very high standard including two Bathrooms with showers – one bath with internal Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully fitted. The property is Predominantly South facing with stunning East and North views. It occupies the entire top floor (5th) accessible from the secure car park. The terrace is south facing and catches the sun from early morning to late evening. Within the secure gardens there are five swimming pools and a tennis court. Sun Lounges are provided. A one-minute walk will take you to the famous Puerto Banus with its fantastic restaurants and bars. It’s the most upmarket area on The Costa del Sol. There are over fifty golf courses within a forty-minute drive.

The apartment is situated at the West end (the nice end) of Puerto Banus. It is 50 metres from the main Port entrance. It is 800 metres South of the main N340 dual carrageway i.e. you do not have to cross this busy road to get to the Marina. Dont get fooled by 'Puerto Banus' in renters ads as this can mean up to a 10 minute taxt ride to the Marine, and involve crossing the very busy N340 road.
