Beautiful 1 bedroomed penthouse apartment on the low rise development of Los Naranjos de Marbella. Furnished to the highest standard all rooms are extremely spacious and have air-conditioning/heating, double glazing and marble floors. This 2 terraced apartment has magnificent views of 'la concha' set in the Sierra Blanca mountain range. Facilities include, inside dining area for 4, TV/DVD, DVD movies, CD stereo system, barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Los Naranjos de Marbella, with its whitewashed walls, quaint courtyards, space and tranquillity, offers living in the purest white Andalucían village style. The development is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with several swimming pools, fountains and ponds and has an extremely tranquil feel. Set between the mountains and the sea, Puerto Banus and golf valley, the apartment is perfect for beach lovers and golfers alike. We are on the doorstep of several world class golf clubs and the floodlit 'la dama de noche' course is a short stroll. A leisurely 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive takes you to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus with its designer shops and fabulous marina and a wealth of restaurants and bars and clubs, this resort has it all. The urbanisation of ' los naranjos de marbella' also has an on site clubhouse complete with bar, restaurant, swimming pool, children’s entertainment in summer, and tennis courts. Buses to other areas including Marbella now stops outside of the development offering more choice for the non driver. Discounted airport transfers also available.

A very spacious and well furnished apartment. Excellent accommodation on offer for a one bedroom apartment with good kitchen facilities and the potential for alfresco dining on the large terrace outside. The spiral staircase leading to the rooftop terrace allows for breathtaking views of the 'La Concha' mountain. An ideal choice of accommodation for exploring the many varied attractions along the coast, or ideally suited for a 15 minute stroll into Puerto Banus itself. It really felt like 'home from home' during our stay. We will definately return again for a future visit.
Owner's Response: We are always overjoyed when people enjoy our apartment they way we do . We do pride ourselves on making it as comfortable for renters as we would expect ourselves.
It can be unusual to get a 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space, but here you wont be disappointed.

Beautiful apartment. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped in comparison with others we have stayed in. Gorgeous roof top terrace. Close to Puerto Banus, yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Local transport easily accessible so no need for a car!! Golf, restaurants, beach, pools, sunshine, and if you're prepared to go a little further afield, some wonderful sightseeing. Everything you could ask for to make a very enjoyable break. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be booking again.
