Luxury air conditioned 2bed/2bath self-catering penthouse apartment less than 15 minutes walk to Puerto Banus marina with its fabulous designer shops, restaurants and night-life. The duplex apartment is on the top floor in the exclusive Señorio de Aloha complex with breathtaking views over the surrounding coast and mountains and is available for summer and all year round holiday rentals. Within 5 mins walk we have restaurants, bars, supermarkets & banks as well as the bull-ring which hosts a fantastic market every Saturday. The location is also excellent for golfers (5 golf courses 15 mins drive, over 50 courses 45 mins). There is a large terrace on the ground floor with outstanding views which gets the sun till late evening. The large terrace off the main (upstairs) bedroom catches the evening sun for those romantic evening cocktails. We have a 32' LCD TV with Sky satellite (standard) and a 20' TV in the main bedroom. Linen and towels have all been upgraded for the 08 season

Senorio de Aloha is is less than 10 minutes drive from 5 golf courses (including Las Brisas, Aloha, La Qunita and Los Naranjos) in golf valley and within 45 minutes there is a choice of over 50 courses. Contact the owner for details on discounted golf. There are many fantastic restaurants (Italian, Chineese, Indian, Thai, Scandinavian, French, Traditional Spanish) beside the complex. You can also stroll down to the Puerto Banus marina for a glitzy and extensive choice of cuisine, with a huge selection of bars and nightclubs for later-on. Designer shops such as Gucci, Versace, La Perla, Armani, Louise Vuiton etc, are dotted around the colourful Puerto Banus Marina. There is also a large El Corte Ingles department store (a mixture of John Lewis, Waitrose and Harrods) in town. Marbella town is within 10 minutes drive/bus with it huge range of shops, beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants. Puerto Banus beach is 15 minutes walk and is one of the places to be seen in the Marbella area.

Golf and Places to Visit: For Golfers, there are many internationally renowned courses within 10 mins drive. Imagine playing golf surrounded by a mountainous backdrop and stunning scenery. The courses include; Real Club de Golf las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, La Quinta Golf & Country Club, Los Naranjos Golf Club, and Golf la Dama de Noche (floodlit Golf available). Further east and west there are more than 40 golf courses within 30 mins drive. The fascinating, white hilltop villages of Casares, Benhavis and Ojen are a short drive away and Seville, Granada, Cadiz and Cordoba are a possible day trip. San Pedro with its narrow streets and pedestrian ways and its own Andalucian charm is only a few minutes drive and Ronda with its arabic heritage can be reached in an hour. The larger resort of Marbella can be reached very easily by car or by an enjoyable boat trip from Puerto Banus.

Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our time in Puerto Banus.
We found the apartment clean and tidy when we arrived.

We didn't know what to do with the food we had left over in the fridge, so
not sure whether the cleaner just threw it away, or left for next people.
Unfortunately we did leave some bread which we forgot to throw away. So if
it was you following us in sorry about that.

We felt better when we found the local bus no 4 which would bring us up the
hill back to the apartment. It was hard work in an afternoon with
temperatures of 30 walking up there.

Anyway good time was had.

We had an amazing time! The appartment is beautiful and it was really clean. We had everything we need and the neighbourhood was good. We rented a car, but you can do everything by foot.
We would love to come again sometime!

Luxury Apartment Purto Banus

We had a good all round holiday and would highly recommend rental of this apartment. It was within easy reach of the airport and only 15 mins walk in a straight line to Purto Banus, and just a short drive to some good beaches which were less crowded than those within Purto Banus itself. The apartment was very well presented, had everything you would need and very spacious. Balconies to the front and back with great views of the mountains and sea to the front. It was also very quiet and felt secure. Underground parking was also provided which was good as it kept the car nice and cool and again secure. There are many restaurants and bars on your doorstep or a short stroll so there is no need to go into the main port every night and a number of supermarkets also within walking distance. All in all a lovely holiday and I would say early June is a good time of year to go. Purto Banus is great from people watching but a party town so don't expect something quaint and quiet as you will not get it!
