Apartment in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain: Situated in an enviable position on one of the three prestigious La Quinta golf courses, & within easy reach of many others. Expensively furnished first floor apartment. Access from parking is at first-floor level through a rear entrance door with no steps whatsoever. Ideal for quick 15 metre short walk between car & apartment. On entering the lounge, the view through the patio doors (with electric shutters)across the balcony is stunning – down the La Quinta golf valley – front-line golf – overlooks NO other apartment blocks. Beyond the golf course lies Puerto Banus. The shimmering Mediterranean sea is on the horizon. There is a six-foot wide leather bed in one en-suite bedroom with patio doors to the balcony, & twin 3-foot beds in the second bedroom with its own adjacent shower room. Air-conditioning & heating. Etc., etc. The rear entrance to the block is at the end of a cul-de-sac which faces the breathtaking La Concha mountain.

The apartment is in the block with the best view of one of the three La Quinta golf courses, in an elevated position in the centre of the valley, and directly above one of the greens. When sitting on the balcony, you can hear the conversations of the golfers beneath! From the apartment the drive is between 5 and 10 minutes to either Puerto Banus Marina with bustling restaurants and millionaire yachts, the fashionable designer-shops in Marbella Town Centre, or the beaches of Puerto Banus. The 5-star Westin La Quinta Hotel, its facilities, and the golf club house, are within walking distance. The pool is on site and there are about 150 apartments in total. The exit from the A7 motorway at the San Pedro exit, on the road to Ronda, is about 3-5 minutes away, and from where the apartment is very easy to find. We provide good helpful directions from Malaga Airport, and to and from all nearby places likely to be on your itinerary. Visit Gibraltar, Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Gran

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rates can start and end on any day. A deposit of 50% will be required on acceptance of a reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable deposit of £250 against breakages and the return of the key. Air Conditioning/Heating is included in the weekly rates.
  • A welcome pack will be provided in your apartment on arrival, together with details of local amenities.
    The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. The apartment will only be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival in order to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned to our high standards.
    Facilities: If staying a fortnight, a linen change & mid-stay clean is included in the price. Daily or twice weekly cleaning is available at extra cost. Beach towels are included in the price. This is a NO SMOKING apartment. If you wish to smoke, please only do so outside, on the balcony. No pets are allowed. If required, door-to-door transfers by car to and from Malaga airport can be arranged, at extra cost. Details of local taxi services are to be found within the apartment

There are also electric blinds and floor to ceiling curtains. Bedroom No 2 overlooks a small garden and the car parking. It has a double fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers and a further large clothes storage chest. Duvets, extra blankets and pillows. Space for other blow-up beds. Notes: The lounge has dark brown leather three-seater and two-seater settees. The three-seater includes two recliners. The two lamp tables, the rectangular coffee table and the square dining table, which seats up to 8, are all made from cream and walnut-coloured travertine marble. There are two sideboards - a low one as shown in the photo which holds the TV, satellite receiver, DVD recorder/player, and stereo CD/radio - and a high one at the rear of the room, not shown, with extensive storage etc. There is a square vestibule upon entering the apartment with hall cupboard for golf clubs etc. Off this is a large archway leading into the lounge, an inner hall, and the kitchen with separate utility room beyond for clothes drying. It contains separate washing machine and dryer, and a small sink. Off the Inner Hall leads the two bedrooms and bathroom No 2. The lounge patio doors have a electric shutters (persianas) The cream kitchen has granite work surfaces with two separate inset sink bowls
