This ground floor apartment situated in the prestigious Los Arqueros Golf and Country really does have something for all. The apartment offers spacious accommodation the lounge / diner benefits from high quality furnishings and fittings to include flat screen T/V and sky package, finished in cream marble. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The master bedroom is made up as a double with built in wardrobes and benefiting from a beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, again with built in wardrobes is made up as a twin. Upon request 2 put up beds are available allowing this apartment to sleep up to 6, making it outstanding value for money! In addition there is underground parking complete with a lift directly up to the apartment. The private garden and terrace leads directly into the main pool. Access to heated pool which is heated one week prior to and during the school holiday October to May.

Our apartment is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. Los Arqueros boasts a Seve Ballesteros designed course, tennis, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis and a children's play area. The Clubhouse offers a well equipped Pro shop as well as a splendid restaurant and bar with terraces overlooking the course and coastline beyond. Our apartment has fabulous terrace views. Car parking to rear.24hrsecurity. GOLF INFORMATION - The course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros is a 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean.
