Nueva Andalucia is a perfect base from where to discover the Costa Del Sol with it's typical white Andalucian villages such as Ojen and Monda, only 15 minutes drive away. If you wish you could simply laze on the famous beaches of Marbella or by the pool or, if Golfing is your ideal holiday, then you are bang in the middle of 'Golf Valley' where you can play a different course every day if you wish. La Maestranza is situated within 10 minutes walk of Puerto Banus where you can sit in one of the many sidewalk cafes and watch the world go by. The complex is close to all local amenities and is a short walk from some of the best restaurants on the Costa Del Sol.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking deposit of 50% UPON BOOKING which is non refundable in case on cancellations.
    Balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. An inventory and breakage deposit of £150.00 is normally payable on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages on departure. Arrangements can be made to be met by the agent at the Airport who will provide transportation to the apartment for 60 Euros.
    90 Euros payable on key collection which is non refundable. There will be an additional surcharge for Easter Bookings.

I have been every year for the past 5 years and always stay here. It's very well located, the complex is secure with lovely pools and the apartment is beautifully kept with everything one needs. Highly recommended.

Just like to thank you for our holiday, when your booking some where to stay it’s not always as the photo’s but the apartment was lovely, the place was very convenient and every thing was a short walk away specially as we didn’t hire a car.
