• Breakages/ Security Bond: a bond of £100 (Low & Mid Season) or £200 (High Season) is taken to cover any breakages to property, lost keys etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.
  
• Cancellation Policy: 50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks. 75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks. 100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
