Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs, and there is secure underground parking and 24 hour security. This beautifully furnished apartment with its marble floors and bathrooms has a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and there are two full bathrooms, one en-suite to the double bedroom. Sightseeing

Nueva Andalucia is situated just off the N-340, a coastal highway that sits between the mountains and the sea, and links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With the apartment centrally located near Puerto Banus, sightseeing is simple. Within easy reach are the renowned Cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous rock monkeys and dolphin cruises is a mere 45minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many white villages like Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benhavis, or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient bullring, Arab baths and breathtaking gorge. So much to do - so little time!

The Location of the Apartment

The apartment is located approx 10 minutes walk from the sophisticated marina of Puerto Banus, and its adjacent beaches. It is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world. There is a wide array of bars, restaurants and shops along the waterfront. In the shopping area behind the Port you have the famous El Cortes Ingles department store, as well as many other designer shops. Should you not fancy the 10 minute walk to the marina, there is a regular bus service to the marina, and the bus stop is right outside the complex! Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment are two supermarkets, a shopping centre, good restaurants, and a gym. The shopping centre is also home to the very popular Saturday market, where many bargains can be found.

We want you to enjoy your holiday to the maximum. The apartment will have been fully cleaned awaiting your arrival with beds prepared and towels set out for your use. Before your departure, you will be sent detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from Malaga airport. We will also arrange for our representative to meet you with the keys. Our representative can also deal with any problems you may have with the apartment during your stay. Taxi transfer from the airport can also be arranged if needed. We also have an arrangement with Helle Hollis car hire whereby you will benefit from a 15% discount if you provide them with our homeowner's membership number.

Golf Information:

From the apartment it will take no longer than 10 minutes to drive to any one of the very popular courses of Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas. There are also a further 25 courses within a 45 minute drive, including several 9 hole course and Championship courses. La Dame de Noche golf course also has floodlights for night play.
