This luxury new apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and is in a beautiful location, set in a quiet residential area of carib playa, only 200 meters from the beach, over unspoilt nature reserve. The apartment is only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Marbella and 10 minutes from Puerto Banus. The stunning marina of Puerto Cabopino, local shops, bars and restaurants are all with in walking distance, with more than 30 golf courses in the immediate area and numerous other leisure activities.

Notes: Living area, spacious lounge and dinning area with dinning facilities for 6 people. The tastefully furnished room is equipped with 32 inch LCD television, sky digital with all English channels, CD hi-fi system with a collection of CD' s. The living area has french doors leading to a private terrace, the terrace is equipped with dinning facilities for 6 people, barbecue and garden suite. The terrace and garden is about 130 square metres, south facing and is very private, there is also the use of a large swimming pool. The apartment is fully air conditioned and also offers secure underground parking. The property is adjoining a conservation area of dunes, eucalyptus trees and pinewoods bordering a long beach. With in easy walking distance is the pretty port of cabopino, with several restaurants and bars, also there are several beach restaurants and discos, also supermarkets and chemists. In the winter there is good skiing in the sierra Nevade Mountains only 90 minutes drive away.

HARDLY LUXURY!

There were some serious shortcomings - the location was NOT Cabopino as stated, it was the next urbanisation!
Directions provided by owner were misleading and vague resulting in a 1 1/2 hour trip rather than 35 minutes. "Take the motorway" is a bit vague since there's two! It was also very difficult to find as it couldn't be seen from the road
No tea or coffee pot in apartment. Kichen has cupboard front missing. Remote control for entrance gate to complex did not work properly.
There was a shortage of towels and those provided were of very low quality. Sky tv did not work.
There were no breakfast bowls and shortage of kitchen pots n pans.Large sunbrolly was broken, cooker was very temperamental and at least 9 lightbulbs were blown with no spares. A general ethos of neglect.
Owner also cashed the breakage deposit cheque rather than just retain it.
Cannot recommend you stay.
