This is one of the LARGEST apartments in 'La Reserva de Marbella Complex'. It measures up to 20% bigger compared with the other apartments in the complex. Terrace 12 metres long & South facing = SUN ALL DAY. Gated community. Lift from secured garage. Caters for 6 people. Overlooking landscaped gardens and large main pool. There are 3 smaller pools including toddler pools and jacuzzi. The best sandy beaches on the Costa are at 'Cabopino' and 'Marbesa' only 2km away. Cabopino Marina with its many fine Restaurants is only 2 Km away. Modern fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. Satellite TV and DVD. Air conditioning/Heating throughout. Many golf courses, within 5/10 minutes drive, include Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Mijas, La Cala and Santana. Numerous restaurants nearby. 'La Reserva de Marbella' is within walking distance from the beautiful marina of Puerto Cabopino with its lovely sandy beach, restaurants and beach bars. Mini market and restaurants within walking distance. Malaga Airport only 30 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus 15/20 minutes by car. There is an excellent public Bus service up and down the coast. The bus stop is at the entrance to La Reserva. Golfers paradise with dozens of Golf Courses within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Sandy beaches and marinas a few minutes drive away. Dozens of first class restaurants in Marbella, Calahonda and Cabopino. Great location for people of all ages. Marbella is only 10 minutes drive and is a beautiful city to visit.

Notes: DVD, Hairdryer, Iron & ironing board. Smoking allowed on Terrace only - please. An excellent bus service to/from Marbella and Fuengirola. Train station in Fuengirola next to Bus Station - trains go to Malaga Airport and Malaga City. Connections at Malaga Train Station for all of Spain. Special Excursion buses to Gibralter, Rhonda etc., stop at Bus Stop only a few minutes walk from apartment. English couple - Tony and Carol - will look after any special requirements regarding the apartment. For your added security there is an Alarm system which is linked to a Security Control Centre nearby. Pretend you are at home - use the alarm always when leaving. For every Reservation a Deposit of £200 per week is required with the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to cover breakages, excess cleaning or loss of keys, etc. This deposit to be paid to Tony/Carol on arrival; all being well they will refund on departure. Bed linen & towels supplied.

Lounge with Twin Sofas one of which converts to a Double Bed. Please NOTE: This apartment is up to 20% approx larger compared to other apartments in the complex. Total area 130 sq m. apx. Keys can get lost in the post! I do not post keys and it eliminates you having to post them back to me on your return home. All my guests are met on arrival with the keys. This service provided at no extra cost.

Golf: First class golf is available at many golf courses which are only 10/15 minutes away. The apartment owners rate the new Santana course as one of the best on the Costa del Sol and is a 'walking' course. It is located between La Cala and Mijas golf courses. Santa Clara next to the Costa del Sol Hospital is a very good course and their prices include a buggy. Santa Clara is only 5 minutes away and is a good test. Cabopino adjoins the La Reserva complex and the prices include a buggy. We recommend Leisure Breaks for golf bookings. Tel (0034)952582943. They run competitions at various courses fro visitors.
