This luxurious, spacious, penthouse apartment at La Reserva de Marbella II is conveniently situated for Marbella, the beach at Cabopino and golfing facilities on the Costa del Sol. It is fully furnished with high quality fittings to cater for six people. The modern, fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a barbecue on the rooftop terrace along with a large dining table and six reclining chairs. A table and four chairs on the lower terrace allow for breakfasting al fresco, overlooking the extensive gardens. There is satellite television with video and DVD. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned /heated with separate controls in the bedrooms. There are two main swimming pools, toddler pool and whirlpool.

Accommodation

Both bathrooms are complete with toilet, bidet, wash basin, bath and shower. One bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make a super king sized bed and the double futon (Vienna) in the lounge allows for up to six people to sleep comfortably. In the lounge there is television, video and DVD players. There is also satellite connection to allow you to watch English broadcasting stations. Two steamer chairs are also situated on the rooftop terrace for you to enjoy the warmth of the Costa del Sol sun. For each reservation a deposit of £150 per week is required. The balance should be paid six weeks in advance of the date of occupancy. A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover any breakages or damage.

Security

Access to the gardens via the underground garage means that the apartment block is fully secured. This parking is freely available in order to shade your vehicle from the heat of the sun and to keep your own, or hired, vehicle secure.

Car hire

The owners can give you details for car hire which when hired in conjunction with this apartment will automatically offer a fifteen percent discount on a wide range of vehicles
