Delightful apartment located in the heart of Puerto Cabopino, overlooking the main square with direct access to a wide selection of restaurants and bars.This apartment is located in the port unlike other advertisers with property across the motorway! Available for your use are two private swimming pools, one having private access onto the beach, sun loungers provided. Being in such a prime position, no car hire would be necessary. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and one is en suite. Both bedrooms also benefit from sky tv as does the main lounge together with a DVD and a selection of the latest titles. The lounge leads onto a fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar, in addition there is a dining area with adequate seating.Charming outdoor tiled terrace, complete with patio furniture and views of the main square. The apartment has been fully redecorated in April 2008 and has been supplied with brand new towels and bedding, including Ikea furniture.

The Beach.: Cabopino is well sheltered and protected from the elements.Lifeguards are on duty throughout the summer and as the beach has a gentle slope into the sea this makes Cabopino particularly child friendly and safe. Chiringitos ( beach bars and restaurants ) are plentiful and renowned for excellent food, especially seafood at affordable prices. Beware of the sangria especial in Andys bar!

Eating out.: Puerto Cabopino offers a fine selection of restaurants with cuisine from all around the globe. Within walking distance of the apartment chose from international cuisine ranging from traditional Spanish, or Italian, Chinese, English, or enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the beach side chirungitos. The many restaurants are based in the square which the apartment overlooks or around the beautiful harbour amidst the glamour and sophistication of fine boats, what a back drop against which to enjoy fine dining. The restaurants are a gentle stroll across the square from the apartment. This leads you to the harbour, beach, pool and bars. Everything in this perfect location is literally on your doorstep.

Cabopino: Only 12 km from Marbella and 14 km from Fuengirola, its hard to believe that such a hidden jewel such as Cabo Pino exists in the heart of the Costa del Sol. With an attractive beach, relaxed atmosphere, pleasant harbour and renowned restaurants, Cabopino is undoubtedly the Coast's best kept secret. It is unlike anywhere else on the coast, development has been strictly controlled here, and the tower blocks which are so characteristic along the Costa's shore line are noticeable by their absence. I really enjoyed my stay ay cabopino, everything is in walking distance you can even see the beach when your sitting around the pool, me and my family had a really enjoyable stay in your apartment, it had everything we needed, we hope to go back one day

The appartment is excellent, clean, well equipped and well maintained. The location is also excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to several excellent bars & restaurants. The appartment overlooks a charming little square with several bars and smaller restaurants and when we were there in late May it was relatively quite. My family and I certainly intend to go the same appartment again, however it is located above a bar and the music goes until about one in the morning and we were told it can get quite "lively" during June, July & August. So, it would probably not be suitable for very young children.

Having never been to Spain,we were concerned about the taxi prices from Malaga airport to Cabopino. So I asked the owners if they could organise the transfer for us as we weren't driving,which they did. We were charged 60 euros,the regular taxi was 50 euros !
On the way the driver pointed out to us that there was no shop in Cabopino regarding groceries etc. only a small shop with the very(expensive) basics. He kindley stopped briefly at a supermarket for us. It would've been nice to know about this before.
The location of the apartment is great ,and the apartment was clean (apart from some dirty crockery)and bright ,but there is a popular bar directly below ,this didn't bother us ,but the noise does travel up
The cd player(portable) as with the tv's(bedroom tv didn't work) have seen better days,maybe a flat screen?

Having stayed in many places round the world ,each of these places had a 'Welcome Pack' , this was missing here. Just simple notes about the restaurants,bars,where the bus stops.maps,nearby attractions etc. Also milk,water,fruit would've been a nice touch . Also the code for the gate to the swimming pool , which we had to find ourselves!
For a relaxing break this is a great place away from the 'masses'.

We had a great week and would recommend this apartment ,although the price we paid ,after talking to other residents, was a bit expensive.
