This fourth floor apartment was completed in July 2004 on a very exclusive luxury development built to the highest standard and surrounded by a large choice of beautiful golf courses. It boasts several swimming pools with a Jacuzzi for adults and children within a gated community. Secure underground parking, with allocated parking space and a lift to all floors. The lounge opens onto the lower terrace, which faces West out of the morning sun with table and chairs, perfect for breakfasts, lunches or evening drinks.   • All prices are per week, not per person fully inclusive of: all electricity and utilities, air conditioning, local taxes, linen and towels, satellite television, cleaning on departure.

    All bookings are to be confirmed within 5 days of initial request or the option will be automatically released.
    Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of £100 per week.

    Balance is payable in full not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Should payment not be received at this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

    A security deposit of £250 is required at the time of full payment against loss/non return of key.
    The deposit is refundable within 30 days subject to confirmation that the home and its contents are left clean and without damage or breakages.
