Beautiful NEW Penthouse in a fantastic location with sea and mountain views in the most exclusive and private area of La Reserva. Overlooking large pool, children’s pool & Jacuzzi & within walking distance to the beach. Less than 30 mins drive from Malaga Airport, 10mins drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus and close to Cabopino Beach and Marina which has lovely bars & restaurants. The Apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and includes a wall mounted Plasma TV and excellent sound system and DVD. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a double sofa bed the living room, it can sleep up to 6 persons. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 private terraces - on the upper large terrace, which is accessed by a spiral staircase -there is a pergola, tables, chairs, lounger’s & Gas BBQ.

The apartment is only 1km away from the fantastic resort of Cabopino - which has a beautiful large sandy beach, marina, restaurants, boat trips and water sports, bars and shops. There are numerous restaurants and shops and also a 24/7 Opencor supermarket within walking distance. Within the vicinity there are numerous activities for children and over 40 Golf Courses for the sporting fans. A day trip to Gibraltar is a must as it is only 45 mins drive and you will see some amazing scenery along the way.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was furnished to the high standard as depicted in the photographs. The apartment was easy to locate using the instructions provided and we were met on arrival and given a quick guided tour of the accommodation. The underground parking was really useful enabling us to park out of the sun, and the pool area and grounds beautifully maintained.

There is a local minimarket and small restaurant within 2 minutes walk of the apartment which proved very convenient. The weather was beautiful and there are lots of places to see and visit in the surrounding area for adults and children. I would not hesitate in recommending the apartment to family and friends. I would however comment, that although the advertisement states the beach is within walking distance, it is a few miles round trip down a steep hill which we did on an evening but would not have considered doing during the heat of the day with towels in hand. A car is a necessity when staying in this apartment if you want to spend time at the beach or visit local attractions.

Finally we were most greatful to our host for allowing us a late departure from the apartment - we had an evening flight and this made our last day far more enjoyable.

Had an absolutely brilliant time out there - was furnished to great quality with taste. The penthouse was fantastic, especially the terrace upstairs !! What a great sanctuary ! The weather was great, It was hot and sunny almost all the way through. We had the pools and jacuzzi to ourselves most of the time. Hiring a car was definitely a good idea, really helped us get around and we had a great time just relaxing at the beach. You have a lovely place out there Pat!!
