Welcome to a lovely penthouse close to the famous coastal village Cabopino. It is a pleasure for us to offer this apartment that is located within walking distance of the charming harbour & the beautiful beaches of Cabopino.The harbour is small & is perfect for small & medium size yachts, it also has a great choice of waterfront restaurants and bars; more than 10 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk! The apartment has a big terrace facing south, east and west with lovely views over the sea! It is perfect for enjoying the sunsets over the Mediterranean with a nice barbecue and some Spanish Rioja wine. There is a communal pool and big gardens to have a refreshing dip and some sun if you don’t feel like taking the 10 minutes stroll to the lovely virgin beaches in Cabopino. The apartment is modern and has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We also have another property close, for two families that would like to holiday together. Close to the popular area of Calahonda is a small, lovely and romantic harbour, called Cabopino, known to many as the most charming on the Costa del Sol. The harbour is small and is recommended for the small and medium size yachts. The harbour of Cabo Pino is also a place for leisure. There are a lot of excellent waterfront restaurants. Both tourists and locals come here to enjoy the good food and wine, not only the people staying close by, but from all over the Coast. West of the restaurants and the pier, you will find a beautiful sandy beach which stretches for miles towards Marbella. A popular beach for the local people and with lots of visitors in the summer. All through the week you might find music and entertainment in the evening at the local beach bars and sometimes also on the beach itself. A few hundred metres further on there is a nudist beach.

Prices quoted are for a party of up to 3 persons. Each person more than 3 should pay 50 Euros more per week. Christmas- New Year and Easter weeks are mid season prices. The prices includes the weekly cleaning, change of sheets and towels and the electricity. If you require more frequent maid service then we will provide for that. Also we will give you a cot and highchair. Extra bed, stock the fridge, arrange for your pick up at the airport, all for a small additional charge.
