Bright, fresh & modern apartment available for rent all year round. Right beside the jewel of the Costa del Sol, Cabopino (with its 1,200 metres of glorious beach), the apartment is a mere 15 minutes drive to Marbella or Fuengirola. The Apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants where one can dine out looking out over the marina & luxury yachts. Consisting of a gated community for added security, there is a lift to this ground floor apartment from an underground car park thus permitting easy access for those with young families or those of an elderly disposition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with magnificent flowers & shrubs with 3 swimming pools (including one for children) all cascading into one another by means of an artificial river. The largest pool, which is the pool closest to the apartment, has a jacuzzi & 4 fountains. Lifeguards are on duty from 1st June to 1st September at all 3 pools which are cleaned on a year round basis.

A spotlessly clean apartment with adequate linen and towels.
The description of the apartment was spot on.
The grounds are well maintained and secure.
We did not see any lifeguards on duty at the pool.
A car is essential.
while we were there the complexes was very quiet.
The only negative point was the patio was small and no view.

I stayed in this apartment with my 2 elderly parents in August 2009. The fact that it is on the ground floor with the main pool outside the front door made it ideal for them. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. They still talk about it and how spotlessly clean the apartment was and how they enjoyed watching Eastenders & Coronation St.before we went out every evening. None of us can understand how we could eat out every single night for so little.
We will be looking to rent again this year please

We sincerely thank you for letting us stay for 1 super week in your lovely apartment. We could not have asked for more - it had all the facilities we needed. It was very thoughtful of you to have both a DVD player and DVD's in the apartment as well as beach toys for the children. The brochures and directions giving details of places of interest and things to do were most helpful. The large pool, jacuzzi and fountains were amazing.
WE had a ball and intend to return again soon.

Whilst the apartment was small and clean, well equipped we hardly had any hot water for 2 weeks. We had showers and baths in cold water every day. Apart from the hot water issue a nice apartment.

Fantastic pool.
