This exclusive penthouse is situated in Guadalmina just outside the centre of San Pedro. It is a two storey apartment within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants & bars. There is also an excellent golf course just a few minutes away from the apartment. It is perfect for golfers! Should you prefer to take a walk on the lovely beach of San Pedro this is just a few minutes away by car. The penthouse has 2 lounges. The lounge upstairs can be made into a 4th bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and its own terrace with garden furniture. There is one sofa bed and several mattresses and fold up beds making a total sleeping capacity of 12 persons. This holiday accommodation is perfect for families or several couples travelling together. All together this penthouse has 3 large terraces. Guadalmina is situated just outside of San Pedro. This is a quiet and beautiful residential area with a very pleasant feel. The are several excellent restaurants and beach bars and also supermarkets. Here is also a superb golf course. San Pedro offers you more shops, restaurants and bars. Take a stroll on the beach and enjoy some Spanish seafood at one of the local beach bars. San Pedro is an attractive town with a lot of charm.

Prices quoted are for a party of up to 3 persons. Each person more than 3 should pay 50 Euros more per week. Christmas- New Year and Easter weeks are mid season prices. The prices includes the weekly cleaning, change of sheets and towels and the electricity. If you require more frequent maid service then we will provide for that. Aslo we will give you a cot and highchair, extra bed, stock the fridge, arrange for your pick up at the airport, all for a small additional charge.
