It is fully equipped comprising 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 4).Terrace overlooks stunning pool and gardens. The complex is gated with parking available outside flat. Terrace, barbeque, Sky-TV, video/DVD and sound system. Facilities include tennis courts and play areas for small children. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from a secluded and exclusive beach shared with the Marriott Hotel, with 3 beach bars/restaurants and water sports. Marbella is renown for its high quality golf courses, shopping, restaurants, bars and, of course, exceptional all year round climate. Benhavis, famous for its tiny mountains streets lined with bars, restaurants and shops is only 2 miles away. Popular surrounding areas to visit are the historic cities of Seville and Granada and Tangiers, Morocco is a short ferry ride away from Algeciras.

The development is ideally based between Puerto Banus and Estepona near a delightful town called San Pedro de Alcantara. It is bordered on one side by a conservation wood providing some exclusive walks to the beach. The nearest beach provides 3 restaurants/bars on the water front where you can sip sangria and watch the sun set over the Moroccan coast line. Although you may want to explore by car, there are also some excellent restaurants within walking distance and some convenient shops and supermarkets. For those who prefer not to drive, there is a first-class bus service which runs up and down the coast every 20 min. There is something for everyone in this area, the sophistication of Marbella, the culture of Estepona and the glamour of Puerto Banus. Costa del Sol (or Costa del Golf) is of course renowned for some of the best courses in the world and its sunshine! And don't stop there, enjoy the culture of nearby Seville, Granada or famous mountain villages Ronda and Benahavis.
