This first floor apt is about 300 m away from one of the best sandy beaches in Marbella, quiet and safe away from the roads. Very close (400 - 200 m) are the 5* Don Carlos Hotel and Marriotts, supermarkets and excellent food serving restaurants. The beautifully kept wide garden offers a large pool and a children's pool. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and other devices. The 45sq m south-west oriented terrace/ winter garden offers sea and garden view. The air con/ heated apt is airy, bright and tastefully furnished, with cable TV, DVD, CD, ATP. Both bathrooms are marbled and with separate shower, bath and toilette. Both bedrooms are in Andalusian style, equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes. Private parking is inside the building. Don Carlos provides Tennis, the Marriotts Beach Club water sports. Golfers are within 5 min drive with Greenlife (9 holes), Santa Maria and Cabopino Golf (18 hole).

Additional information about rental rates

  • For more then two weeks rentals for the third and following weeks we offer a reduction on the basic price of 50 % . Reduced services for long term rentals. Supplement of 30 % for Christmas, New Year and easter weeks.
  • With each booking a non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The final amount is due 6 weeks before holiday commencement.
    For security reason a credit card number/ copy taken by the local person covers loss of keys and damages and will be returned after giving back the keys/ inspection upon departure.
  • The rates include : preparation of apt with bed linen, towels and toiletries, electricity and water, departure clean, (additional weekly cleaning and bed linen/ towels change in longer rentals), reductions in cases of self cleaning and washing of linen/ towels, local support in English, comprehensive information pack. Gratis travel cot, high chair and playpen.
