Elveria is the unspoilt area of Marbella, with the property overlooking the stunning 18 hole Santa Maria Golf course. Tennis and bowling green available at Santa Maria Golf Club.The surrounding cork tree woodland is protected. Famous Nikki beach, with its clean sand is only 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banos are only a short drive. Shops, restaurants, beach and some of the worlds best golf courses are all a short drive. Great shopping at La Canada is only 10 minutes away. Zara, Mossimo Dutti and Mango, to name a few are all there! The backdrop is formed by stunning mountains with the property facing south west giving a panoramic view of golf, sea and mountains. Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada all within driving distances for day visits.

Shopping: La Canada shopping center is only ten minutes away with some of the best shops on the Costa del Sol. Shops include Mango, Zara, Mossimo Dutti , H & M and many many other fashion names.

Skiing: Only a two hour drive will take you to Seirra Nevada for skiing in the winter and then take the sun on Nikki beach!

Attractions: Saville, Cordoba, Granada, Rhonda, Jerez and Gibralter are all within a few hours drive and great historical places to visit. Malaga with the Picasso museum and great shopping centre and numerous tapas bars are worth a visit. On 5th January it holds the spectacular 3 Kings procession which most of the population turns out to see. Why not plan a day trip to North africa? Call for details.

Golf: The property is situated on Santa Maria Golf course with views over the lakes of the Club House, The 1st Tee and the 18th Green. It is one of the best courses on the Costa del Sol and will test golfers of all abilities. Take a moment to take in the views on all holes. Although Tee times are available at short notice, it is advisable to book before your stay especially if you are a large golf party. The club house offers twilight rates in the late afternoon at half price. Bookable from 48 hours before. easy walk down to the well stocked clubhouse and bar.

Other Activities: 2 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs are available for our clients use.

Great place to stay for fabulous sunny holidays

We had a great time in this fantastic flat during our 2-week-holiday this summer. The flat is really as described, very comfortable, very well equiped, and a fabulous view. The terrasses are really nice and we had all meals outside. The main pool was excellent and the environnement is very baby friendly as well, as we went there with our 2 baby girls.

This is a wonderful destination in a high end residential area close to the centre of Marbella. Fantastic panoramic views from the balcony of sea and golf course. Would highly recomend for those seeking quality peaceful accomodation. The apartment is very well furnished with lots of extras and we were given the very best attention form the owners.

Santa Maria Luxury Penthouse - July 2007

We have stayed in various apartments and villas throughout Spain and this one really does tick all the boxes. This luxury penthouse has everything you need and the location is ideal with the golf, the beach and excellent restaurants all to hand. The terrace is just lovely with views out to sea and is the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. The apartment really was a good base for us to go off and explore this area of Andalucia and we had a lovely holiday. It also proved a big hit with our teenage daughter and her friend who enjoyed having the freedom to be by the pool, visit the shops and beach, as we were able to leave them to do their own thing in a very safe environment. We can all thoroughly recommend this as an ideal holiday spot and just wish it had been for two weeks instead of one.

Family Vacation in Costa del Sol

These are first class accommodations! This is an extremely well appointed, equipped and roomy penthouse apartment, we were wanting for nothing. We felt immediately at home. The owner provided brilliant service with someone to meet us immediately upon our arrival and to show us all the features and make us feel welcome.

The location and view are second to none with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the huge deck, it went well with a glass of wine at sunset! We were close great beaches, restaurants and shopping and a golf course at our feet. The apartment was quiet and and great retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Our kids loved the satellite television and the internet to stay in touch with friends.

We are recommending this penthouse apartment to all our friends without a moments hesitation. We will always look back on our stay here with fond memories and in fact we hope to return.
