Santa Maria Village is a new private gated apartment complex situated in the secluded Elviria Hills. This smart 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment provides easy access from the terrace to the lush tropical gardens and several on-site adult and children’s pools. The west facing aspect of the apartment allows the evening sun to flood the terrace. The apartment also provides a fabulous base for day trips to Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar and even Morocco/Tangiers. Visit the zoos at Fuengirola and Selwo, Water Parks, Benalmadena’s Sealife Centre, or for a breathtaking view of the Costa Del Sol coastline to Gibraltar and Africa take the Benalmadena cable car which also features pony and kestrel shows at the mountaintop.

Santa Maria Village is located in Elviria, 10 minutes east of Marbella and just 3 minutes drive inland from the famous 5* Don Carlos Hotel which can be spotted from the motorway. Elviria is approximately 30 minutes from Malaga Airport (we will provide full directions upon booking), however our local management company will meet you from the Elviria exit (km 192) of the main A7/N-340 coastal road and escort you to the apartment for maximum convenience.

General Area Information: From the apartment Elviria centre is a 3-minute drive down the valley for all local amenities where you will find Supersol and Opencor supermarkets, several restaurants and bars, banks, a doctor, hairdresser and a few shops. Then over the bridge on the beachside of the main road you will find the 5* Don Carlos Hotel and the 2 blue flag beaches of the coast plus 3 good beachside restaurants. Just 5 minutes east is the small port of Cabopino with its beautiful beach and a further selection of bars and restaurants. A 10 minute drive west takes you into the heart of Marbella with it’s quaint old quarter and long restaurant-lined promenade. Another 5 minutes west is fashionable Puerto Banus with its yachts, designer boutiques, gourmet restaurants and bars/nightlife.

Further Apartment Information : The apartment has it’s own secure car parking space in the underground car park with lifts to all floors. Apartments are cleaned and laundry changed once a week. Additional cleaning/laundry changes can be arranged on request. Please note although apartment towels are provided, beach towels are not provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Golf: An excellent golf driving range is at the top of the road. Nearby you'll find Santa Maria Golf (also has tennis courts), Santa Clara Golf, Greenlife Golf, CaboPino and Marbella Club courses. Countless more within a short drive.

We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday with easy access to the nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus - this was only a 10 - 15 mins in the car. For a nightout we got taxis and these were a good price too.

The property we stayed in was as described, stylish and very well presented. I would suggest to my friends and family to stay here and we are looking to do so by the end of the year.

If you do stay here I do suggest going to Cabopino, a lovely little place and the few meals we had were A+!!!

I intend to go by the end of the summer season.

We had access to the management of the property, they met us at the local shops and guided us to the property.

You can't ask for any more than this - an absolute plesure to go to and can't wait to go again.

This holiday apartment and the surrounding area ticked all the boxes for a perfect family holiday for us. The property is clean and well maintained, the local beach is superb and there is a good selection of restaurants to suit all budgets.
