Notes:

The apartment has been completed mid of November 2006 and is completely new furnished and decorated. Modern kitchen offers all conveniences you may expect. The apartment (on the first floor) is easily accessible through an elevator. The marble floor and wall paint combined with chosen furniture and curtains have been resulting in a combination of warm tones. The large sunny terrace with view on the passing ships and Gibraltar never bores.

Travelling

The majority of our guests are travelling by plane and destination is always Malaga. For those travelling by plane, there are plenty of car rental opportunities at Malaga Airport. As a homeowner and regular Costa del Sol traveller, we have concluded a car rental agreement with two rental companies at the airport. Through this agreement, our guests can benefit a discount of appr. 15% on the standard rental rates. Details will be made available after reservation of the apartment. Leisure

This is probably the only area in the world where you can go skiing, swimming in the sea and visiting a Moorish fairy tale palace, all on the same day. It proves that the Costa del Sol offers many opportunities to holidaymakers. Whether you want to be lazy and enjoy the sea and the sandy beaches or want to practise one of the numerous sports activities, the Costa del Sol is never a dull moment. Lovers of culture or places of interest, everybody's holiday time has gone too fast. Elviria is ideally located as a starting point for whatever yo want to undertake. Appr. 1.500 m. from the beach, 15 km. from internationally reputed shopping centers (Marbella. Puerto Banus), 60 golf course and a multitude of reputable restaurants. Granada and Sierra Nevada on 1,5 hours drive, Sevilla on 2 hours. Gibraltar and Malaga on less than 1 hour and Algeciras (ferry to Morocco) on 1 hour.

Long Stay Winter Holiday

Los Naranjos is the ideal location for a long-stay winter holiday. The micro climate in the Marbella region raises temperature in wintertime easily to 20º C. and the Costa del Sol offers numerous opportunities to make your long-stay unforgettable. The Marbella area is 'a paradise' as far as it concerns winter leisure activities. We will appreciate to present you an attractive quote for a stay in the period Dec. - March! The Costa del Sol offers plenty of possibilities to make excursions, day trips ot to practise your favourite sport. Even in wintertime, never a dull moment. Los Naranjos is close to the highway junction A-P 7, connecting you with Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita), Malaga (Picasso Museum), Gibraltar or Algeciras to make the crossing (40 min.) to the fascinating Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla, surrounded by Morocco. These enclaves offer great shopping so don't forget to bargain.

Skiing Information:

A 1,5 hour's car drive brings you in the Sierra Nevada. Many people only associate Spain with sand and sun and are surprised to find that Spain also offers a wide range of winter sports. Spain's number one location for winter sports, the Sierra Nevada is located just two hours away from the Costa del Sol. Located above Granada, it has the best snow and the longest season in the country. One can look forward to five months of snow. Sierra Nevada has 61km of ski slopes with 45 pistes and 6 off-piste routes. There are 2 cable cars, 12 chair lifts and 5 ski lifts. The ski resort is open from 9am to 5pm although you can ski at night at weekends and bank holidays. Night skiing was introduced in 1994.

Golf Information:

Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is set in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The Santa Maria Golf & Country Club is a highly reputed golf court and is on walking distance from our apartment. Blessed by an ideal micro climate, Elviria is the ideal starting point for an exciting golf break as numerous world class golf courts are within 1 hour's car drive east or west from Elviria. It's no wonder that this unique costal area is known as the Costa del Golf and there is a wide choice of 9,18 and 27 holes courts.
