This spacious apartment guarantees a comfortable and relaxing stay. It comprises of a large living area, kitchen and two bedrooms (one double, one twin) which have their own bathrooms, including showers & w/c's. Each room has individual remote control air conditioning and the modern kitchen contains all the appliances found in any home. Although this is a self catering apartment clean bed linen and towels are provided upon your arrival. For entertainment there is Satellite TV, DVD player & Mini-Hifi or alternatively you can relax on the balcony and enjoy panoramic views of the mountains (BBQ provided). The apartment is situated within a group of traditional styled apartments called La Maestranza which are just 15 minutes walk from Puerto Banus Harbour and right in the middle of Golf valley. Within its beautiful landscaped gardens there are two swimming pools (one large, one heated) and a splash pool for children. Underground parking is also available with a lift facility.

There are a variety of activities to enjoy in this very popular resort which makes it a great place to visit, regardless if you are in a couple, group of friends or with family. Puerto Banus harbour is famous for its beaches, designer shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and can be enjoyed from dawn till dusk. As well as the harbour, the shops in Marbella and the history of Marbella Old Town are within driving distance (or a boat ride away if your brave) as well as many other traditional villages just waiting to be explored. Local amenities are all close by with a Cafe next door and a supermarket (with a great fish counter) and Chemist only 5 mins walk away. For the golfers, Costa del Sol is aptly named Costa del Golf due to the vast amount of golf courses in the area. The apartment is located in a central position to these courses (known as golf valley), and just 10 minutes drive away are the following 5 courses; Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Aloha and La Dama de Noc.
